This was such a really good interview. Napaka content rich niyang at action packed mula simula hanggang dulo. This was 5 years ago and a lot had changed such as permanent ban sa POGOs. I think this interview deserves a follow up or part 2 para ma compare ulit yung key areas (alabang, porac, evo city, nuvali, vermosa). I am pretty sure it wont be same order anymore especially yung Nuvali area tatayuan na siya ni Ayala ng CBD which is supposedly their most ambitious project yet, yung tinaguriang sleeping giant and future silicon valley of the Philippines. @@scoopmoves u can rent it out , there is properrty ,management that can look after your leasing or broker that can find tenant for you. Thats what i do on my units. That rental income pays my bank loan.

@@marvbord not directly from developer, they aren't willing to give huge discount with the economic slowdown (8% was the best I got) I would say from other buyers, assume their balance but negotiate hard, there is alot of listings. Reason they could no longer afford to pay the loan.

You can't find now for 1 Million pesos for a Condo! Specially, in the Metropolitan areas! That price maybe in the provinces like perhaps in Davao! Now the price ranges from 6, 7M for a size of 25 to 27 square meters 1 Bedroom (you can imagine how small it is). Before, 25 to 27 square meters was just a Studio type size!😪😪

How long can I hold a condo property? I understand there is no land title ownership, only air space entitlement. Can I make much money from rentals say in 50 years time of its entire lifespan? I understand the developer owns the land, the building is to be condemned decades later and there is also the monthly dues to be paid.
