You mean, nagbabayad kana sa Bank.. Then biglang hindi kana makabayad dahil nawalan ng trabaho.. Usually bibigyan ka ng bank ng 8-12 months bago ma remata un property.. Dapat maihanap mo ng buyer bago maremata un property.

Hi Madz. Yes you can make additional payments for the principal. Make sure to inform the SMDC Billings that your payment will be applied to principal.

Possible padin na makita from other banks un loan mo. Pero try mo lang ulit mag apply ng loans or mag pa pre-qualify ka muna sa bank.
