Sa House and Lot pa lang sa subdivision, divided by 10 to 12 lang ang babayran sa association dues with larger lot pa yun.. plus, yung annual property tax mura lang.. and that's it pero syempre maintenance ng house mo, sagot mo yun.. pero basta mas mahal pa rin sa condo talaga.. so make sure yung condo na bibilhan nyo would really make the most out of sa association dues at maramdaman nyo yung premiums sa condo living.

No, my condo dues is only 100 pesos per square meter.. So its only P2,500 for 1bedroom 25sqm.. Then I got to enjoy all the Amenities like, swimming pool, gym, air-conditioned lobby, 24hr security, housekeeping.. For ONLY P2,500 /mo.. You got to enjoy all of that 🙂… Really a dream come true living in a well manage condo 🙂😊

Usually 1 year for Title to get released. Theres no income tax for condo rentals. So far, government is very liniet for condo owners. The only tax you need to pay is the Property Tax or Amilyar.

Yes meron din kasi tayo binabayaran ng RPT para sa mga common areas like lobby, amenities, etc. The computation is included in the condo dues. Since madami owner ng condo, kaya maliit lang sharing.

Hindi cia pwede. Banks required MRI. One reason lang, kapag namatay ang barrower or umutang, sino magbabayad ng Loans? Kaya meron MRI, the mri will pay your loans in full if namatay ang umutang.
