    你好,可以請問一下,為什麼要使用魯邦種呢? 它能讓燕麥變脆嗎?

      對的,就是利用多餘的液酵調一個風味面糊,拌上油脂裹著燕麥烤,就會有像餅乾一樣酥脆的效果, 用波蘭種代替也可以的。
