  • Granola是歐美風行的營養早餐,作法非常簡單將燕麥片、穀物、蜂蜜、堅果、油等一起烘烤到金黃酥脆又充滿堅果香氣,冷卻後,可依喜好撒上果乾,這個食譜我特別使用低糖的蔓越莓乾和椰子脆片,因為我選擇的油脂是椰子油,椰子油的香氣在烘烤中可以融合堅果和麥片的味道,適合搭配希臘優格、豆漿或是牛奶作早餐,不只營養豐富還很有飽足感,而且做好Granola燕麥片可以在密封罐放入冰箱保存2周至一個月,享受營養的早餐不需要擔心沒時間嘍。
