    Ingredients 食材 (a big jar | 一大瓶)
    2cups of rolled oats 傳統燕麥
    2 cups of puffed rice 爆米花
    30g of sunflower seeds 葵花籽
    30g of pumpkin seeds 南瓜籽
    40g of chopped walnuts/ pecans 核桃/胡桃
    35g of flaked almond 杏仁片
    40g of raisin 葡萄乾
    200g of pure honey 純蜂蜜
    2 tbsp of organic coconut oil 有機椰子油
    2 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder 可可粉
    ½ tsp of sea salt 海鹽
    1 tsp of ground cinnamon 肉桂粉
    1 tsp of pure vanilla extract 純香草精
    80g of 70% dark chocolate chips 黑朱古力粒/巧克力

    Hi friends, Here are a few cooking tips for this recipe. 1) Use rolled oats. 2) You can replace honey with maple syrup. 3) 1/2 tsp of sea salt could bring out the flavour of cocoa. 4) You can replace all the seeds and nuts with your choices 5) Let the granola cool down completely before mixing in the dark chocolate chips or they would melt.     i have some oats i have been wanting to use for granola, but waiting for the perfect recipe. this one looks amazing, i love the addition of chocolate! 🍫 thank you for sharing, another wonderful recipe 😊

      @@hazelchan3139 Can replace with puff millet or puff wheat. They make your granola crispy. 😁

      @@CookwithSolee i shall go and goggle out... never come across puff Millet.. sound interesting....! It can be eaten straight away too...? Or it mus be baked...? Thanks a lot for yr advice ...!! 😀🙏💓

      @@hazelchan3139 Well… I used plain puff millets sometimes. Not much flavour just for the texture. I used it for baking only.

    如果只做一半份量 烤箱時間或溫度該怎麼調整?

      應該是時間短一點,如果烤盤面積不變,燕麥會薄薄地鋪在烤盤裏,應該比較容易烤透。試試烤15分鐘,中間要翻一次。應該會烤好了⋯⋯🤔

    請問巧克力能用巧克力粉取代嗎?

      你是説最後放的巧克力粒嗎?不可以 🤔 但是糖漿裏是放的可可粉(巧克力粉)如果你不喜歡巧克力粒,可以把它省略掉 😊
