Truly exceptional. I laughed often and loudly, John. I love how much time, work and attention you put into something so ridiculous. At first, I must admit I felt a little sad for the sea monkeys for being used like a toy but then I realised perhaps they enjoy the race too than being just trapped in a tank. It looks like a fun game for both parties.
This video is everything lol. Obsessed with the pit stop, and the art is awesome - Tod is a legend. Wow I'm feeling pumped up. The race was intense and the winner has inspired me to believe in myself 🏆
Love the commentary. Since learning about the existence of the raceway, I'd been curious how it would actually work. I agree that it's pretty ridiculous, but fun as well.
To be honest I'm surprised that it does work so well. Once you get a soft current flowing consistently they swim up the track pretty quickly! Perhaps I need to find a way to add in some additional obstacles to make it more challenging for them 🤔
My mom had one of these or at least one similar in the 80s, and she always brings up the devastating story about a time when she was trying to transfer her sea monkeys to the track. 😂 It would definitely make an amazing drinking game. I should take bets next time I do this lol. I have a feeling next time one of these kits come up for sale it’ll probably go for quite a bit - the demand for vintage Sea-Monkey items seem to be growing a fair bit at the moment

I love this idea! If the video does well I'll definitely make another one next year :D I'll also be doing some TikTok/IG Reel videos about the raceway over the next week too, Regarding adding in food - it wouldn't really change anything.
