This is my cover of a great and slightly less known song from the Black Album, The Struggle Within! When I first heard the solo and the riff that came after it, I just instantly sat down and started practicing, this song simply has one of the best solos and riffs on the entire Black Album!

The Struggle Within is very underrated, it has Hetfield's awesome, fast, and heavy downpicking, and one of Kirk's best solo's. An awesome harmonic intro and amazing vocals! I have been playing this song every day, for about 3 months now to do a cover, and i still haven't gotten the solo perfect.
Nope, this video is all normal speed. I have never, and never will, cheat like that to make a cover for any of my videos. Although the fact that you thought that means I probably did a pretty good job covering this song ;)
No cheating required, super fun song to play and not that difficult. I can’t believe I never learned it before, but I just tried it a couple of weeks ago and I love it. Always one of my favs on the Black Album.

I used to use a Canon Rebel T1i for many of my videos, and now I use a Canon Powershot S100 for my newer videos that are in full HD. Hope that helps!

Neither, I record the audio directly into my computer than replace the camera audio in Final Cut Pro. Hope that helps!

The neck feels great to me. It's not the thinnest neck you'll find out there, but I don't see the point of those super thin necks anyways. My Strat has more of a "chunky" neck while this one feels very good in my hands, almost like it's not even there :) I would say that it's just right!

I just reached four years playing guitar last month, the best solo I can is Ride The Lightning full solo still a little slobby. Holy fuck you played so fucking clean in this clip, and I can barely buy a new guitar, let alone a FUCKING ESP
