Baldur's Gate 3.... What an experience of a lifetime that was. It's put itself up there among my favorite games of all time, and while it's tough to capture in song, I had to try. The toughest part is which campaign to take inspiration from, they're all so different! In the end, "Make Your Move" ended up being a sort of overall BG3-themed ballad about making the tough choices that change your path.

"A fragile institution, Regarded absolute, Its veil to be unraveled, And plucked out at the root" goes absolutely hard. This is probably going to be the best song in the album next to "Metal Won't Burn"
Yeah old jail is fun thats why we have to build a new one as the old jail the prisoners can never come out of it as they tried to be clever, imagine living like that forever 😭

This line actually works way too well for pathfinder WOTR aswell, with the mythic powers changing you in many ways.

Had no idea Baldur's Gate was set in D&D until I watched this video and was like, "Huh, looks kinda like a dragonborn. Wait--an owlbear? Oh, then that must be a mind flayer! So, I guess that's a tiefling..." Makes me wonder why Aviators said "Shadowfall" and not "Shadowfell."

As someone who (Spoilers for BG3 ending) decided to become the mindflayer in the end, this goes really hard... gives me goosebumps. I didn't want to give up any other NPCs happy ending, determined to save EVERYONE, and in the end lost myself. Brilliant song for a brilliant game!

I think I'm going to make my game purchase decisions based on who Aviators makes a song about going forward. BG3, Elden Ring, AC6, all titles I really enjoyed who received inspired songs. Right now my backlog is just too long and it's frustrating, but these guys are one of us.

I hadn't heard the song before watching the video just now, but yeah, as I was watching it, I definitely got the impression of it having taken a lot of notes from Aviators' previous Souls songs - actually, specifically, I think I'm getting vibes of his Bloodborne songs more than anything else.

Now I probably speak for most of the regulars in this channel that we want your take on all the companions though I have to say I personally wouldn't mind you keeping your Fromsoft streak up and release a song on Armored Core 6

Oh yay, I figured out what the song was about! That can be a challenge sometimes. Not that I mind, because even if I don't know the source, the material is strong enough to stand on it's own. This is no exception.
If you want to know for sure, you can also check the songs' Bandcamp pages or look up the album samplers on the Aviators Archive channel. They list the inspiration for every song.

The reason he's on a roll is because they released a new album less than 2 months ago, so the next uploads are most likely gonna be from that. There are 5 more songs that don't have their own video yet, including a Diablo IV song, an Owl House Song, an Armored Core 6 song and another Elden Ring song.

It says on Metal Won't Burn's description that Apple aren't responding. Unfortunately Avi has no idea why the album isn't on Apple Music and is actively trying to get it to appear there, however for some reason there just isn't any updates on where the album is currently. It's coming to Apple Music, there just isn't any news as to when.
