Oxygen can only form 2 bonds.....then how is double bond between oxygen possible if one of the oxygen is already linked to iron atom ?

The organic chemistry class I took was in class 12, but I think it forms a coordinate covalent bond with the iron ion in the Haeme group since oxygen has a lone pair of electrons.
