Just watched the meat pies and happy you also made patties. I’m currently healing with a broken leg so this method looks a bit easier to cook staying in one place. Looks yummy! Can’t wait to make today 😁

Tested and love it. I followed your recipe to the T. My dough came out perfect and the results was delicious, my family loved it. Only complain was the meat was too little so next time I guess I need to do 2 lb of meat for this recipes so I can really stuff the Pattie’s or maybe you have recommendations on what else I can add so the Pattie are more stuffed. That you so much for this recipe. I love it.

I've never done it that way, but I feel like it might dry out and not bake correctly. I've baked it and kept it in the refrigerator and just heat it up in the oven or air fryer before I eat it.

I have the Sazón in the cabinet so I think I’ll use your meat recipe and my pre-made dough🤣 Sorry Shirani but us men are good at BBQ and cooking meat, not baking 😂😂😂 I too like it spicy so I think I’ll be making some habanero sauce to go with these😊
