OMG!! Thank you for the in depth review and explaining the vault ceiling mount as I'm a beginner and have a slanted ceiling in my dance room!! Life saver!! Still trying to figure out which pole is best for me which I have no idea which to get after reading few articles; any good suggestions? And size recommendations?
Here is a article that goes into details about what pole is best for you. Hope that helps! polefitnessdancing.com/best-dance-poles-to-buy-for-home-use-buyers-guide/
Great review. I love my X-Pole 50mm but I have only been able to set it up in a room with a flat ceiling. Loving your pole with a vaulted ceiling option, I'll have to see if I can make my X-Pole do the same. If not, I might just get one like yours
You can get a vaulted ceiling mount for your X Pole here: www.polefitnessdancingshop.com/product/x-pert-vaulted-ceiling-mount-for-40mm-45mm-50mm-poles/ Hope that helps : )
Thank you for a review to specifically talk about Lupit brand AND the stainless steel material. Ive tried visiting studios in my city in they only have brass or chrome or the people at the studio can't tell if they have stainless steel or chrome. lol Thx again.
Glad it was helpful to you! :) This article from our website goes into a more detailed discussion on the different finish types and may also be helpful to know more about the different pole materials , this is the link polefitnessdancing.com/best-finish-to-get-on-stripper-poles-used-for-a-pole-dancing-workout/
Thanks for the extremely detailed review. Right now I have an SFactor pole and it has a plastic sleeve that hides the adjusting nuts and it's horrible. I didn't realize when I first got it, that the sleeve could be a hazard, so I've been looking for a new one. I was going towards XPole, but then I saw the LupitPole on an email from the pole convention. I was really needing your video because since it's a newer brand there wasn't that many reviews on it. Thank you for putting it together to show it can be done by one person, but you really gave your honest opinion. The only thing that I was a little eeck about was when you were spinning and I saw the pole move a little, but I realized that you were quite secure on the pole and I think the little shift is do to the vaulted ceiling mount. I think I'll purchase this brand. Thanks.
Hey there, thanks so much for this awesome video. Been looking at the Lupit model, so it's great to hear what you have to say. How do you feel about mounting portable poles on "popcorn" ceilings... ceilings with texturing? Any input you have on this subject would be super helpful, I'm trying to assess if it's even possible for me to mount a flat-mount pole on popcorn ceiling, or if I need a dome mount? Thanks so much for your time!
Popcorn ceilings are always a worry and I have installed many different kinds of poles on popcorn ceilings. Here is a link to a blog post where I go into detail on what I did and how to do it safely: polefitnessdancing.com/the-scoop-on-using-portable-pole-dancing-kits-on-popcorn-ceilings/ Ceiling mounts are always going to be better on popcorn, but not required depending on the type of pole you buy : ) Hope that helps : )
Hi! Thank you for the detailed review :) I noticed that when you spinn n it it moves a little - i s this because of the vaulted ceiling or because it isnt completely fixed? I have a vaulted ceiling too, but I am not sure if to get a pole as I dont want is to move unregulary :(
The taller the dance pole, the more flex it will have. Many dance poles do have a little flex, it depends on what they are made of. Brass has a lot more flex than stainless steel for example. It also depends on the joints of the pole as well : ) If you want absolutely no flex in the pole while dancing you would want to go with a permanent dance pole, most poles with joints so move or flex a little while in use.
For 14ft ceiling there is a permanent custom made tall pole from Lupit Pole available at this link www.polefitnessdancingshop.com/product/build-a-pole-competition-strength-dance-poles-over-8ft/ If you require any assistance with your purchase you are welcome to open a support ticket and one of our support agents will be happy to assist you! Finally someone with a vaulted ceiling!! I'm about to move into an apartment that has one, and I'm getting ready to hopefully purchase and install my first home pole in there after having trained at a studio for about nine months. I want to get a stainless steel X-Pole Pro because I want the quick lock and the ball joint looks the most secure to me. The landlord is (thankfully!) happy for me to drill into the wooden beams under that roof, but I still need to find a carpenter to locate them exactly. What I haven't been able to find out is if it's possible to install that attachment "lengthwise" rather than "sideways" (as the xpole one is a rectangle) in case we find out that the beam somehow isn't wide enough?! The highest point of my ceiling is just over 4m; the shop recommends getting a "studio pole" for 4m or higher; however I could also install a "normal" pole a bit further down the slope. I don't understand what the difference between the standard pole kit and a studio pole really is, aside from the latter being more expensive? 😅 I really wished I could have the help of a trained professional who understands poles rather than some handiman who'll not understand the sport at all. 🫥 It's really surprising to me that xpole's stainless steel was more slippery than lupit's stainless steel. shouldn't they be similar, material-wise? I'm leaning towards stainless because my hands are sweaty and summers are going to be hot on that top floor. 🥵

@@taylornelson3722 We only sell portable and removable dance poles on PoleFitnessDancing.com at this time. Unfortunately, removable dance poles are not suitable for installation on a vehicle. Any dance pole suitable for a moving vehicle must be permanently installed and bolted to the roof and floor. Could you install a pole in a manufactured home?
Not sure what you mean by manufactured home, however this article on our website gives the advise on safe installation of poles in homes polefitnessdancing.com/is-it-safe-to-install-a-pole-in-your-home/ and also this article polefitnessdancing.com/the-dilemmas-of-mounting-a-dance-pole-in-your-apartment/
@@PoleFitnessDancing like a trailer/mobile home
@@taylornelson3722 We only sell portable and removable dance poles on PoleFitnessDancing.com at this time. Unfortunately, removable dance poles are not suitable for installation on a vehicle. Any dance pole suitable for a moving vehicle must be permanently installed and bolted to the roof and floor. Our best recommendation to get a custom pole to fit your party bus is to contact Platinum Stages or Lil Mynx directly for a custom cut permanent dance pole complete with bolting hardware for both the floor and ceiling. Hope you find a solution that works for you 🙂
@@PoleFitnessDancing it’s not a vehicle. A manufactured home is a trailer. Like in a trailer park. It has slanted ceilings.
