This video is filled with calmness. I really like your way of showing everything, and comparing lenses. It's great that 20mm lens was included as well (this is what I was looking for), because so many videos comparing 35, 50 and 85. This was a bit different. Thanks and kudos to you. P.S. model is gorgeous.
Hope it will assist in your purchase decisions. Hong Kong is pretty frantic, I guess I never show that in the video. I've gotten my hands to some sweet RF lenses I am so eager to head out to make some photos. Thanks for the subs. See you soon.
20mm seems a little difficult to use outdoors, but indoors (or inside a tight space like the bus in the video) looks even better than a 24mm! The 85mm of small Caroline in the road with the compressed background is AMAZING, maybe the best I’ve ever seen in a video of this kind!
Since i changed my 5DIII for eos R, i'm very pleased to use my 24 f1.4 / 50f1.2/ 85 f1.8 set up. Eos R balance and size is perfect with prime. Thanks for your videos. its a pleasure to see them.
AMAZING photos and great video! New subscriber here! I'm shooting with a 5d2 for photos and my YT channels, getting the Sigma 20 soon found your channel. Regards from Spain!
Hi Jon, this is the first of your videos that I've watched and I wanted to say I found it really well produced, informative and interesting. keep up the great content! I'm off to watch some more of your videos!
mines are 24-40-105mm ( all sigma art F1.4) on Sony 7R 3, 105mm is heavy so I also use Nikorr 105 mm F2.5, technically not the sharpest lens around but unique colour rendering and character on the Nikon vintage lens is amazing. 7R3 and Sigma 105mm tip the scale at almost 2.6 kg vs 1.2kg Nikorr 105mm F2.5.
That's a nice list of equipment you have. All prime lenses. I am with you buddy. I love my primes. the 105 not worthy enough of the extra weight to get down to 1.4? :)
Not much difference in terms of bokeh with the aperture sizes, I find my sigma 35mm f1.4 good enough for my portrait shots, even my 50mm f1.8. Nice video
Great video, reviews and story telling mate!
Thanks for the warm comment. Is this the kind of content you love to see more ?
simple and nice + elegant shots dramatic

Thank you...very nice video and beautiful model. :)
Glad you like it!
the 85mm perspective is really something
It draws subject closer while compressing the frame. I don't know how to describe it better
Nice video! Just subbed.
Cheers mate
