    Sadly I was using the 3 worse exercises. Starting today I will start the new 3. I'll let you know

    I commented a few days ago on a similar exercise video and you were kind enough to answer me. My first day of PT, they told me to do all these exercises in this video plus bicep curls, triceps extension. So I decided to quit my physical therapy on your video advice. This completely blows my mind though...how could these medical experts in PT have people do these bad exercises? Well, I believe you. You sound totally legit. I am a senior man, well over 60 years with superspinatus full thickness tear. Please tell me if I am able to do ANY free weight exercises as I go to the gym 5 days a week (treadmill one hour each time). or, is there NOTHING that I should do with free weights? However, I know that I can do lower body exercises..legs, calves, etc. Thank you sir!!

    I really needed this! I have been in pain. Had X-rays and MR I . Injections were offered . I declined. I have been of the mind that those exercises were counterproductive because of exactly as you explained. I have been told to then take oral steroids . And go to physical therapy. These are the. Same exercises that you have rejected as beneficial! I need to. Take your advice. I am in extreme pain but do not want shots or therapy if I can avoid. Your protocol seems more like common sense as well as safe.
    I believe God led me to you and this very video for my exercises. I just went today and was told all this. Thank you
    And I do have a tear. I was told not o use a shoulder brace.

    Today in gym i was doing front raises , and my shoulders were hella paining, these used to happen in front raises only though. I checked on youtube for shoulder pain ajd i saw the exactly 3 excercises that this guy is telling not to do , i did them and started lateral raises and istg the pain was much more than before, i didnt used to get pain in lateral raises. I came home tried his 1st ex and now my shoulder feels so good . Thanks doc 😊

    Doc ... Need ur help? I've seen several of your videos on rotator cuff and impingement / tendonitis shoulder issues. 3 years ago when doing the "Chinese Kitty" you mentioned not going forward Beyond the place where your shoulder pops up. Is that still a thing?

    I was recently diagnosed with a rotator cuff full tear on my left shoulder and found my way on your videos. I am just wondering after i did the 3 best exercises you mentioned in this video, my left shoulder was aching throughout the day. Would you mind telling me that it's part of the process or is there something I'm doing wrong. I hope you can reply to this. Thank you

    I have been suffering from rotator cuff since 8 months,It doesn’t hurt everytime Is this exercise helpful for me to heal my rotator cuff sir??
