It's impressive what can be done with these things; I have a few for business use and they're now perfectly capable 10 year old machines. Upgraded power supply (255W), Q9550 Quad CPU 2.83ghz, 8Gb RAM, 500Gb SSD, GTS 450 with dual monitor ports. I've had as much as a 750ti in one of them and used it for World of Warships and one or two other things without issue.
Hi, I Currently have an Optiplex 380 Desktop that has a gigabyte gt1030 installed. I am however concerned that installing a q9650 along with 8 gigs of crucial memory may cause a performance imbalance. Should I settle for less? Or will the graphics card be capable of keeping pace with the upgraded components?

Hello my teacher. my system is Dell Optiplex 380. I tried installing an Xeon x5460 processor on my system. the screen came up and I saw that the bios also reads the processor. I don't think there's any need to change that. but it gives a warning of low voltage. The 250W power supply is available in the original. i will install a 500 watt PSU. as for the fan part of the processor, they want to use the cooling iron on the station without breaking its authenticity. What do you think the idea is? Suggestions ?
I'm assuming you translated this because I'm having trouble understanding this.
