I have had a very painful fissure for about a 14-15 months now and it is harrowing and won't heal. I'm hoping that maybe stem cells can help people heal in the future. I was thinking that maybe a person could have a temporary colostomy for a few months and then put stem cells on the fissure until it heals strong without being irritated by bowel movements and then when it heals reverse the colostomy so that normal bodily functions can resume with a healed and healthy anus. Also this way a person will not have to worry about incontinence that can come from LIS.
I really don't think that any form of anal dilatation or stretching is accepted anymore. You mentioned these procedurtes 3 times in the surgical management screen ( full anal stretch, pneumatic baloon, controled anal dilation). Are you actually doing these or is it just mentioned there?
@@d_a_n_a. just be consistent sir..eat more fiber and veges every day or every meal...that's what i did in 3 months of suffering fissure and thank God its healing now
i have this fissure for over a year now.. its fucking killing my social life... 1 week of ok then 1 day of not so hard but not so soft stool them bam... it will take 2 to 3 weeks of continous pain killer, hemagel procto, dulcolax, sitz bath and procto glyvenol cream.. o men dont know what to do.. driking 1 gallon of water without any alcohol or cola, eating only vegetable without any kind of meat and stilll it persist, even on a soft stool i still can feel pain that could last for 4 to 5 hours.. if a take pain killer it will take 2 hours min just for the pain to subside.. did i miss the itch and leakage.. ha my miserable life...😢
@@likhitha6038 now its ok, i got a operation for it, go to a doctor for physical checkup then they can advise if need a surgery, all of the medicine i tried and no relief luckily i have a medical insurance to cover every cost, it took them to remove 3 hemmoroids with fissure.
Thanks a lot for the video , but I just want to tell you that I have a chronic constipation laid me to an anal fissure , it is the most painful feeling i have in my life especially after every bowl movement associated with bleeding in the stool and major pain last several hours , my doctor refer me to gastroenterology surgery he prescribe for me to use Nifedine 2% lodic 1.5 % plus stool softener , and he told me after a month if it didn't heal he will do surgery it will take him 20 minute , Nothing seems helping me . i am very frightened if the surgery will not succeed , and I don't know how the procedure will goes . please if there is any help or information will be appreciated . Thanks a lot

There are attempts to heal a fistula with stem cells not a fissure.
😢😢
What are the chances that fissures may lead to Fistula?
