Invented in Winnipeg Manitoba in the 1980's the Paralyzer is a drink that sneaks up on you and can render you paralyzed! Please drink responsibly!
If you find your milk curdles things are not cold enough or your milk is not fresh enough!

Trying to make myself a really good paralyzer and figured watching a video would be best. I never make these things. "Kamura has higher alcohol content", this guy speaks my language! *notices Winnipeg bottle*, this guy speaks exactly my language!

So if I watched the vid as carefully as I thought I had. You poured in the coffee liqueur in both then poured tequila in one and vodka in the other before adding coke and milk. Aren’t you supposed to have coffee liqueur, tequila and vodka in each ??

No. Actually, only coffee liqueur and vodka makes a proper paralyzer, but I sub tequila in the one because that's how I like it. I have heard it called a bulldog in some places when you sub tequila for the vodka. I also sub captain Morgan's spiced rum for the vodka. I guess we could call that a paralyzed sailor. Surprisingly delicious cocktail though - I love White Russian drinks, but the paralyzer is a great alternative on lazy hot after work parties.
