    this is my favorite Midnight Screenings. The combination of Brad's voice and his utter contempt for what he just watched was funnier than the movie.

    • @buzzingsigndiner397
      @buzzingsigndiner397 8 лет назад +12

      +Webshooters1 Not necessarily. At the end of the day, the Simpsons has better animation, overall better productions values, doesn't do bullcrap preachy morals, doesn't constantly try and fail to piss people off, doesn't waste the audience's time with overly long anti-humor gags, the acting is still better, too. I'd much rather watch a modern Simpsons episode if only for the fact that it's not going to make me as angry.

    • @nathansmith4529
      @nathansmith4529 6 лет назад +1

      I fucking love the first four seasons they are hilarious, tons of great and memorable jokes, cutaways, stories, characters.. and then it just goes downhill after that in my opinion with constant disgusting incest jokes and the cheapest gags you could seriously ever imagine. Such a shame to tarnish the legacy of great humor, sure there as taboo and risque humor in the earlier seasons, but something about the humor changed, to be completely mean spirited and gross out. At least the first few seasons can still be enjoyed.

    First off: Happy I didn't see this flick.
    I felt bad laughing at your dying voice, but I can't help it, you're hilarious buddy! Far more entertaining than Seth MacFarlane, because in my opinion nothing about him is funny, and if he was passionate about his performances, I don't know he might of threaten to leave Family Guy, which would've given him leeway on creative, but I have a feeling he has control and this is the direction he wanted. So sadly I'm not into Anti-Humor. Like I said, you're far more entertaining than MacFarlane, Sandler, or any other god awful Anti-humor comedian. Well Key and Peele are way better, and actually gave me hope and tons of laughter!

    Funny thing, I can barely tolerate anything else by Seth MacFarlane, but I liked this one. I've also discovered that FG fans loathe this movie. It's also the only project with Sarah Silverman where I didn't want to punch her character in the face.
    That said, it did need to be much, much shorter. Brevity is the soul of wit and all that.

    1:35 - Thinking about it for as unfunny and lame as A Million Ways to Die in The West, it wasn't as obnoxiously mean spirited bitter and hateful as recent Family Guy. Likely because Seth MacFarlane isn't nearly as spiteful as a lot of the recent FG writers so does want there to be some charm in his stuff. That doesn't excuse this movie at all as it's you know not good but there is a reason it's better then a lot of FG's recent shit, theatrical wide release or not.

      ***** The weed episode, for one, and even moreso, the episode that broke the camel's back, the mustache episode. Keep in mind, I AGREE with the positions they put forth, but the childish, "I'm right you're wrong" way they handled those issues made me root for the bad guys.
