Security guards are the most OP npcs in the game. Even the Barneys can snipe down a grunt with only a handgun. If I remember, it takes like 2-3 grunts to kill one security guard.
This reminds me of one time when I got to the part where a guard comes running down a hall fleeing 2 grunts. I ran back got him to follow and decided to let him fight and just watched him body both grunts before they could get a shot off.

I can't say I'm a fan of how Otis mostly consists of an undercurrent of fat jokes, but I LOVE that in practice he's the best dang friendly NPC in a fight, at least excluding the HECU. I'm happy to have him around.
What's the problem with the joke ? Fat people are funny.
I actually love this contrast. You'd expect Otis to be some loser, but in reality he's highly capable warrior.

That magnum Otis carries combines a good punch with higher fire rate. It takes cheating, I mean ninja stealth skills to counter it and even then is not an assured victory.

Ah yes, headshots on Female Assassins meanwhile you can't do the same thing for the Males. I've noticed that Otis can really get good headshots on human-sized targets close to him
