Great remaster! I know it’s more-so Hayley’s song than it is Paramore’s, but this is probably my favorite song they’ve ever made. I can draw so many parallels from the lyrics of this song to my own life. I can’t believe she called this song “shitty” on one of her livestreams, it’s incredible. Even if none of the other demos get an official release (fingers crossed that they will be on AWKIF’s 20th anniversary) we’ll at least still have this since (in theory) it could probably be released due to Hayley is credited as the only writer. Also on a side note, I am 99% sure that “7 Years In The Making” is where BNE’s name came from since Hayley said that the name came from a song that didn’t make the album, and that song happens to have “Brand New Eyes” in its lyrics. If anything that’s the song I want to hear the most since it was considered “too sad” for the album.
I definitely wanna hear Mastered versions for both *Stay Away* which is also in that same demo sound like "Breathe" is (that demo is probably no doubt from that same Session I believe) And I really wanna hear *Evil In Your Heart* (I'm starting to think this song/intro may have very well been called *Brand New Eyes* due to it having that lyrical sadness)
