I've been coughing for more than a month and had chest pain along with shortness of breath. I talked to my primary doctor, but haven't seen a Pulmonologist yet to see what's causing these issues.
This has been quite an informational talk. Very very useful. I especially liked that you spoke to the over the counter medications. These are truly useless and cause many side effects. There is no difference giving these to children for colds/coughs or not giving them. That honey remedy and others that you mentioned are far more helpful. Take zertec for allergies. Clean house and declutter. Get rid of dust in the home.clean all fans in the home. Change air filters if dirty. Hope this helps.
It started way back 2016 every night i got very bad cough with huge white clear pleghm its very hard to breathe due of coughing i puke a huge pleghm like a size of small plate after that i get lil bit better then tomorrow back again.... Fast foward my doctor diagnosed me as asthma he give me inhaler yeah i get better now... I can handle more when i feel my breath starts to get heavy i do inhaler.... But now it annoys me i mean i feel im a inhaler dependent now... I cant do anything i scared too to stop taking it cuz i might experience again like before feel like breathing in straw!!!
