Soooo, I used to run a juice bar where we made a ton of smoothie bowls, and the one they showed as the “final result” doesn’t look like it was what they were saying it was... their result looks like it is a “pitaya bowl” which means that it has puréed frozen dragonfruit in it, not the peaches and raspberries that they said it had. My guess is that the peach and raspberry one didn’t look that pretty, so they filmed one that looked prettier and said that it was the peach and raspberry one. Not cool. Also, it helps to let the frozen fruit sit out on the counter for 2-5 minutes before blending, so that it softens up just the tiniest bit. It helps sooo much with the consistency. You also only want to mash until the fruit starts blending on its own. Mashing too much can cause air bubbles to form that will disrupt the blending process. Hopefully this helps. ❤️

As an amateur cake decorator, I have tried the hack for gourmet cake mix cake. It was amazing! The point of the hack is not to change the taste of the cake. The point is to change the composition so that the cake is easier to shape, stack, and decorate. If you were to try and layer a normal boxed cake it would be very fragile and soft and it would break. Normal boxed cake is also much crumblier and you would have tons of crumbs in your icing. With the hack, the cake is much sturdier and less crumbly. It can be cut and shaped and iced easily. If you are wanting to make a layered or shaped cake, but not have to make your own cake from scratch it is a great alternative.
That toaster!!!! Mine is so old and springy that it surprises me every time it’s done. BUT I have to keep my cool because it will literally launch the toast about a foot into the air, and I have to catch it on my plate 😂 So many times it has landed on the floor and I get so mad. I can’t imagine how upset I would be if I dropped a delicious quesadilla!!!
I saw one where when you add red gel food colouring and it looks pink, instead of adding even more food colouring you microwave the icing and it makes the icing more bold in colour!!
They actually dont but most people think they do. The time totally depends on the toaster the levels are basicly the heat and how crispy/brown you want it so lower level=less brown and with that also less time
For a frozen drink, I always put the blender and blade in the fridge to get cold so it doesn't melt as fast. It's Bajaj the save as when you make pie crust in that you want it to start a cold as possible, including any tools.
I make a smoothie bowl 2 times a week...I make and freeze half or drink the rest later. I also make mine with yogurt and put granola on top not more fruit and nuts and seeds with a drizzle of maple syrup it's so good!

I used to think this, but it turns out it’s not true🥺
@@becky3698 You're never too old to learn things you should have always known;) Happens to me all the time.
It really depends on your toaster
The toaster “settings” is how many minutes it’s in there lol
I'm with Chris. I almost never put a bread coating on anything because I hate the process so much.
Seems like you found a couple of tik tok smoothie scammers 😂
That toaster!!!! Mine is so old and springy that it surprises me every time it’s done. BUT I have to keep my cool because it will literally launch the toast about a foot into the air, and I have to catch it on my plate 😂 So many times it has landed on the floor and I get so mad. I can’t imagine how upset I would be if I dropped a delicious quesadilla!!!
Soooo the levels on a toaster aren’t actually like a power level, it’s in fact a timer. So level 2 would mean 2 minutes
I’m dying at how the quesadilla just slowly comes out of the toaster😂😂 and the zoom into it makes it even better
I thought the numbers on the toaster are for how many minutes you want to toast? 🤔🤔
They are
@@cherry78 dude pls stop. It really annoys me when ppl post the same comment over and over
Rachel and Chris make the best cooking/tasting team and I'm here for it!
For a lot of toasters, the “level” is the number of minutes it toasts. Love your videos!

For your messy breading problem, use the Wet Hand/ Dry Hand technique!
I thought you didn’t like this top Rachel😂 (I’m glad you chose to keep it though, it looks really good!)
This is the only thing I can focus on all video! Hahaha I was like Rachel no if you're sending it back don't cook wearing it! 😂
I saw one where when you add red gel food colouring and it looks pink, instead of adding even more food colouring you microwave the icing and it makes the icing more bold in colour!!
Fun fact: the levels on toasters typically mean the amount of time in minutes ;) so a level 3 may have been sufficient
ruclips.net/video/gN_PK5pXmIY/видео.html nope
They actually dont but most people think they do. The time totally depends on the toaster the levels are basicly the heat and how crispy/brown you want it so lower level=less brown and with that also less time
For a frozen drink, I always put the blender and blade in the fridge to get cold so it doesn't melt as fast. It's Bajaj the save as when you make pie crust in that you want it to start a cold as possible, including any tools.

No she doesn't?
I make a smoothie bowl 2 times a week...I make and freeze half or drink the rest later. I also make mine with yogurt and put granola on top not more fruit and nuts and seeds with a drizzle of maple syrup it's so good!
