I've been to Nashville five times. There's TONS of people walking around just like that. A lot of drunk people. Most people aren't going to intervene in a situation like that.
Riley would be hard to miss standing at 6'6". If he was anywhere around people, you would think someone would recognize him, especially with the billboards up now.
He was talking to the the woman in the cowboy hat, paused, turned in a circle then fell in directly behind her and began closely following her when he had been several steps ahead and out to the side of her. Was he kicked out of the bar for harassing's women? Did he make an unwanted advance on her? Did she unintentionally hurt him by shoving him away? All speculation, but he was definitely following her when the video ended.

I have a hard time wrapping my head around the fact that when you watch the video when Riely first leaves Luke's Bar and he's running down 3rd street I believe it is and he fell.....he was running perfectly for an extremely impaired person.....I'm wondering if he had hit his head when he fell....that fall took him a minute to get up from. He almost looked like that hit had knocked him out briefly at first too, maybe it may have caused the staggered movement from that point on in the rest of his videos ?? Idk. Just by the way he was staggering and tripping over his own feet after that fall just walking, but just prior he had no problem running when he first left the bar.... Does that make sense? I'm thinking he could have been tipsy when he got kicked out, but I'm wondering if that fall created a head injury of some kind that caused some coordination issues making him look like he was completely impaired. This is just my opinion.....I just can't stop thinking about how perfectly he was running at first for someone that's supposed to be that messed up, he couldn't even walk after that point, but started off running and looking pretty stable on his feet at that point too. When the reporter points north to indicate where the last 'phone ping' came from, he's pointing toward what is supposedly one of the larger homeless camps in the downtown area.
All this occurred within a 3or4 block radius of the metro courthouse, the jail, the police station, public bus station, Channel 5 news, the state capital, bicentennial mall, metro social services, state office of vital records... PULL THE FOOTAGE!!!

Maybe this tragedy will encourage Nashville city leaders to do something about Lower Broadway public dunks and crack down on homeless camps. Both are illegal. Too bad crime is increasing and police have a hard time recruiting cops. Fund the police and clean up the city. Require addiction intervention and mental health for offenders.
