1010 Church Street set to be tallest building in TN, define Nashville’s skyline

It’s set to be the tallest building in the state but that’s not the only record 1010 Church Street is expected to break. Developer Tony Giarratana sat down with News 2’s Nikki Burdine to hear about the plans.

This skyscraper looks like it will be very beautiful. And I completely agree with the developer, that spires are not good at enhancing high rise architecture. They usually look pasted on, and rarely make a structure truly appear any more impressive.

I have no idea how they will manage traffic near Church when Nashville Yards is completed & occupied but I’m here for it

Who ends up buying the Fire Dept all new equipment when these developers put up these vanity projects?

The taxes these developers pay. It’s a good deal for the taxpayers.
