- It’s set to be the tallest building in the state but that’s not the only record 1010 Church Street is expected to break. Developer Tony Giarratana sat down with News 2’s Nikki Burdine to hear about the plans.
This skyscraper looks like it will be very beautiful. And I completely agree with the developer, that spires are not good at enhancing high rise architecture. They usually look pasted on, and rarely make a structure truly appear any more impressive.
Tornadoes. . .
Nashville should just have all the supertall skyscrapers like New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, Atlanta, London & so much more!🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🏙🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍🌍
We still have one of the shortest skylines for a city our size.
In the meantime, Oklahoma City is getting ready to build a 1900’ tower…..No I’m not from There or Nashville. I just thought the whole Nashville is not ready for a 60 story building was funny.
Who ends up buying the Fire Dept all new equipment when these developers put up these vanity projects?
The taxes these developers pay. It’s a good deal for the taxpayers.
No thanks.

(Lookout, Dubai). Congrats on all the money and the giant crowned phallus you planted in the center of downtown. Good for you, guy. You made it. 🙄
