Excellent tutorial. I followed your example and got a somewhat different looking app interface which is incredible in my opinion. I also had problems with the charting just like you did but when some back and forth and taking screen shot from the simulator and showing ChatGPT we got where I wanted it to be. Thank for this! In your opinion how does this stack up with Cursor where the code generated and applied for you rather than this copy and paste approach? I feel like cursor or bolt.new are still is faster at getting from idea to developed product, so is the main factor for this that it's included in the same price from OpenAI? Greater utilisation on the o1 model with less of the premium cursor costs maybe?
There’s one in beta but it’s not very different from the browser, the differences are that you can spawn a mini window with a keybind and you can use advanced voice mode in it but other than that there’s no differences
yes, it's only available for the Plus accounts as of right now, not sure that will change since this likely requires a ton of inference for the various stages. Claude will do a lot of this in an Artifact, but you have to copy-paste back and forth since it doesn't use Accessibility to read-write to the other apps
@@MarkAnkcorn I do have a plus account but It seems working only on apple silicon desktop app. I have an "old" intel based mac and I cannot see the option in the prompt bar to integrate app like VSCode with chatgpt desktop app
Pretty cool functionality. I’d rather wait for the AI Agents feature to arrive and let ChatGPT do all the work! BTW, did you see Sam Altman’s interview from late last week? I still probably lean cursor overall but this has some benefits including having the context of all your past conversations
There's also Alex Sidebar geared specifically for Xcode. Still somewhat beta-ish though
