IGUDESMAN & JOO:
“AND NOW MOZART”
First, there was a big bang, then, a little nightmare music, and now, Mozart. For those who listen to Mozart, live with Mozart, gave birth to Mozart, eat, pray, and love Mozart, don’t care at all for Mozart, never even heard of Mozart, this show promises you all that it will contain absolutely NO Mozart! But that’s giving away way too much…
The world of classical music has finally entered its future. Navigation systems help the soloist orientate around the score, police inspectors are lurking to control interpretations of performers, pianists are on sale for parties and housework, and in a health-conscious world, musicians can now stay fit while practising through the invention of Violorobics®.
AND NOW MOZART is a whole show that will change nothing, except enhance your love of music and toning your stomach muscles by hysterically laughing to and with IGUDESMAN & JOO.

Dear maestro PAGANINI !!!!!!!!!...
I love you !
You are purely brilliant! Two hilarious and virtuoso performers! Genius show, thank you so much!🙏🏻
I was literally crying with laughter over the last part where Igudesman was b-boying. They threw everything into this amazing show. Kudos!
Обожаю эту парочку виртуозов! Спасибо за добрые эмоции!
Fantastic show! This is what’s missing in our culture, mixing music performance and theater. Beautiful!!!
I couldn’t imagine better thing to do on January 1st than watching your wonderful show, thank you so much !!!!!
watching you guys non stop for more than 4 hours - you guys rock!
Спасибо. Это лучший подарок на Новый год.
Ребята, вы бомбические! С Новым годом. Новых творческих проектов в Новом году.
Can’t wait to see the show! 😊
Please keep doing what you are doing and what you love to do! You are marvelous gift to this world! Thanks for the much refined versions of your original famous skits!
4:50 Igudesman: "Oči čёrnye" - Joo: "oh! Bless you" Ahahahahah! 🙂
I've listened you back in 2016 and was impressed what you can make out of classical music. Enjoyed even today, wish you ever come in Nish in Serbia. This is really good way to get someone close to a classical music!
I’ve loved classical music my entire life and a PDQ Bach show I saw at Carnegie Hall in the early ‘70s made that possible. Peter Schickele removed the veneer of perceived (and actual) snobbery from classical music, thus making it FUN (again). I cannot thank you two wonderful musicians enough for continuing that fine tradition for new generations. It goes without saying (but I’ll say it): your musicianship is superb! I hope I get to see you in concert one day. 🙏🏼
Спасибо за такой хороший новогодний подарок!
Thank you for the great show!! I hope I can watch it live on stage.
Having seen you guys since 2014, I thank y'all frontiers as always.

Thank you for this performance in its entirety. I was in attendance at a July 2015 performance at a college hall in Portland OR, USA. Totally enchanting.

엄청난 재능입니다. 클래식과 인간을 알아야 나올 수있는 장르입니다

The gag with the magazine on the strings is hilarious. I'll have to try that sometime. I have a baby grand but that simply never occurred to me. This whole thing is hilarious. Thank you so much for sharing it!

Thanks for sharing! I had a lot of fun! Happy new year!
This is great. When Bach Partita was playing, my phone suggested that it was a record by Hilary Hahn :D
BRILLIANT! No words to describe my joy. THANK YOU for publishing the whole show!
Beyond the skits and jokes. They both are wonderful musicians.
Thank you! You two are so creative and your passion is infectious! 1:05:25 where Joo brings in a bit of Prokofiev (edit: Ravel, not Prokofiev - thank you, Hyung-ki :) was particularly satisfying!
It's actually Ravel! But thank you!
@@Hyungki_Joo Oh gosh, of course! I’m so embarrassed! I even second guessed myself and at that point I should’ve simply listened to both Ravel and Prokofiev 3 to confirm. I love both! Thank you for your amazing performance!
Grazie per questo magnifico regalo di inizio anno! Happy new year from Rome!❤🎉
Thanks for your up. This is most brilliant new year present for me❣️👍In bocca al lupo❗

can someone PLEASE tell me the name of the song @17:33 . subtitle says the composer's name is Jankee Jew but I found nothing on google :(
LOL! That's the problem with AI- it's not that intelligent yet and still more artificial. The composer is Hyung-ki Joo- and the piece is called "Lullaby for Leo"- sheet music available on Universal Edition, and we recorded it on our album "You Just Have to Laugh".
@@igudesmanandjoo omg thank you soooo much for the reply I can't wait to learn this piece myself, you are amazing!

@@alekseyigudesman5281 Of course I will and I already did :-) I love the work of both of you very much and I know your music as well. I transleted your poems from music Pigs can fly to Czech language and I play it with my pupils (not only Pigs can fly :-)). I hope one day I will be able to see and hear you on your concert as I could be on Julian Rachlin's concert in Ostrava (where I also play violin in Janáček Philharmonic Orchestra). I wish you both all the best :-) And thank you :-)
