Oh trust me, there’s *nothing* worse than Dingo Pictures. The only thing worse than them are movies like Birdemic. Then again there are different ways to be “the worst”.

i once tried animating with ms paint and windows video editor in the 6th grade and voice acted all the characters and in my humble opinion its 10x better than anything dingo pictures has done.

The voice acting is not even like they are "just reading the script" it's like they are doing that, but can't even read
I can tell from the accent those lines were done by Dutch people. Most likely they actually had no clue what they were reading or saying. It was in English which they didn't seem to understand well.

The voice acting in these movies straight up sounds like kids being held captive, forced to play with toys that they hate, and forced into coming up with stories for those toys.

If you watch the magic carpet scene later in the movie, “Aladin” talks about how flying on a magic carpet is more ecological than flying on a plane. WTF!?

I think stores like C&A, H&M and Deichmann were playing these monstrosities just because they were very cheap to get. Nowadays it's not the case anymore, and I'm glad!

I am German and I watched those films as a kid. But not at home or in some other reasonable place. No it was in the shopping mall at the middle class fashion store, which had a kids area. They had all of these films.. Don't know why.

Interesting how, despite ripping off popular movies at the time, these cartoons seemed to feel very old in some strange way even at the time of their release.
Then I found out that the creators were already rather old at the time these cartoons were made.

The voice acting feels like a class project gone horribly wrong.
In 8th grade we had to make a movie as a project. I can objectively say a bunch of 8th graders with nothing but a phone camera, a tripod and some toy guns can make a much, much better film
I had to do a project with some friends for high school...... We were all unfunny and absolutely terrible........ It's still better than this shit.....

"Mamma e papà hanno un nuovo bebè, non se ne fanno più niente di te!" is a meme in Italy... if you thought the English versions are horrendous, the Italian dubs are California wildfire grade horrifying. Some joke that they literally got Bangladeshi and Ghanese immigrants that didn't know the language and forced them to dub the movies, the accents and stutters are really heavy!
Well, they did actually get voice actors for Perseus, but I suspect they ran out of money after that.

So I think I remember seeing those "movies" when I was young. They were on the televisions in the "kid entertainment section" (the place where your mum drops you off when she wants to go shopping) in the local H&M store (a big fashion chain in Germany). For that reason I have a weird Nostalgia for those things.
I’ve seen a 1 hour and 37 minute long video where a guy reviews Dingo Pictures movies (aka Hell) in theaters. Yes, a 1 HOUR AND 37 MINUTE LONG VIDEO WHERE SOMEONE WATCHES DINGO PICTURES MOVIES. Surprisingly, he seemed to be okay afterwards, during the Q&A

If you ask me, it sounds like they reading English, but don't know what any of it means. Its like If I read out loud something, written in a foreign language and spoke it in that said language. And if you ask me what it means in translation, "I don't know, but that is what it says." It bugs me as much as learning math but not really applying to anything. Why learn the damn thing if your not going to use it correctly... Sorry I was a bit triggered.
Even to today standards, GoAnimate and Vyond had Text-To-Speech voices than real voices including others from different sources like VoiceForge where it was discontinued about two years ago, and Acapela Group which isn’t available in the new Vyond Studio as well as the Legacy Video Maker which is going to retire later this month.
this studio reminds me of my phase where I just started animation and got my friends to do some voice acting, and did special effects by myself

Some of the dialogue is so bad I can't tell if it's improvised or the reader isn't quite fluently literate. This stuff makes CD-i Zelda look good.
I think the dub is the biggest reason for it. Though it's probably wildly incompetent in German, too.

When I hear of bad movies here from Germany it is often connected to fraud. Germany wanted to establish and develop their film industry by spending a fixed amount of money for every movie produced no matter how good it was. That resulted in some terrible mass production of horrible movies. Eventually this came together with that case...
Roboterize that sounds almost like what happened in japan few decades ago but somehow they managed to make some great anime movies because of it

I discovered this studio through a Spanish youtuber named Loulogio, now when he reviewed these movies he would put clips with the Spanish dub and you have no idea how different the quality is, sure it's still bad voice acting, but it actually sounds more competent and has better audio quality, I think even some important Spanish VAs have been on these movies, like I remember hearing the Spanish voice actor for Usopp from One Piece in one of these movies

You know what is really bad about this? Roswitha Haas actually worked on GOOD products, like localizint Disney picture books. And the US Dub is in some cases better (or at least funnier) than the original German one.

Most of these films, even in the original dub, were in fact voiced by only one adult man and a young boy. Probably Ludwig Ickert and his son.

Better acting than Dingo
One time, I was at a friend's house and his mom made us dinner and she put in a movie. I saw my friend choke to death on his food, and then I started screaming, not because he's dead, but because his mom put on the dingo pictures movie alladin. Scariest day of my entire life.
I remember seeing these movies as a kid in the H&M or C&A (I don't remember which one, these are both big clothing stores in Germany) on a small tube TV weirdly hidden in a corner that was there to entertain Children while their parents were Shopping. I vaguely remember seeing the Lion King like one, the dinosaur thing, the dogs one, and the one with the crow or Black bird thing. I do not remember what they were about or even what language they were in (probably german tho).

I remember unvalunteerly watching these movies as a child and I just got reminded my childhood was even more obscure than it already was.
The yee dinosaur looks like someone's creepy grandfather who got left in an abandoned retirement home in the woods for too long, and is now hunting for children.

He's not a sadist, like most people believe. He was trying to make a statement. Yeah, it got jumbled up as heck, but I found it pretty interesting.
