  • Mary Young's life was forever changed after suffering from a concussion at 16 years old. For the next 10 years, Mary went through a series of obstacles battling the physical and mental damages of the injury. In this talk, Mary recounts her challenging life post-concussion and the lessons learned on the road to recovery. As a young entrepreneur, Mary is the CEO & Designer of her self-titled clothing line that launched in 2014, MARY YOUNG. Since its inception, the brand has earned significant exposure in notable publications such as Refinery29, Flare and Elle Canada. In the spring of 2017, her company introduced the Self Love Club, a movement powered by the company to open up the dialogue within communities to focus on self love and acceptance. Mary’s vision is to empower women to embrace their individuality. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. A secret nobody seems to know. Every psychic ability or healing ability, or any person who is a "Medium" or having extra-sensory powers, they have hit their head bad, and either died, or had a severe concussion, or brain injury. Smashing your head is the only way to develop Psionic abilities spontaneously, and every single healer has a story of how they smashed their head or got in a bad accident, then developed special abilities.

Beautiful talk and really good efforts to come out of your problems. If only you knew Homoeopathy and would have taken it, you would have come out of these post concussion syndrome much faster. Alas.. Anyways. Take care. You did motivate me..

There is absolutely no scientific evidence to support homeopathy having any effect beyond the placebo effect.
