Great video, but patatas bravas do not have spicy mayo sauce, they do not actually have mayonnaise. The sauce is made of tomato and pimentón picante (spicy spanish paprika)

😂😂 your vídeo says Madrid Food and you start with an Asturian dish.
You could had eaten Caldo Madrileño instead.
And throughout the video eat dishes from other regions.
Misleading title.

Well.. The restaurant is in Madrid. It was too early in the season for caldo. I was seeking a good caldo.
