I have the same gloves. They fit me well. I haven’t found gloves that are as good for me.
And when I ride my Grom....GS means Grom Speed

When buying gloves should you have room in the finger tips or should you buy them to fit snug then hope later they’ll stretch out?

Some room in the fingertips isn't a deal breaker, and part of it comes down to personal preference.
The rule of thumb (or finger here) is you should be able to hold onto the grips comfortably without extra material getting in the way. On the other side, the gloves should not be so tight that they restrict using your levers and controls.
I have a pair of gloves that have a bit extra in the fingers, but it is not enough to impede my use of the controls or affect my comfort, so it is not a problem.
