    FPV goggles, such the DJI FPV Goggles, The walksnail Avatar, the HDZero Goggles and the Fatshark goggles, can normally be powered from different sources. This video presents the ones I've been using and researching, and explain why and how you can make the goggles work with the USB-C standard from some power banks.
    Some of the products presented in the video can be found in the following affiliated links:

    I found the nitecore NC10000 (li-ion) with a USB-c to Barrel connector, as a backup i use the radiomaster 2 li-ion 5000mah battery with a xt30 to xt60 adapter, with the xt60 to barrel connector. The nitecore Nc10000 has large enough battery to last very long and can be charged with standard USB-C charger.

      Hi harmonica,
      Very difficult to do as you want because what you need are Chinese parts which can change name, manufacturers and shape from country to country.
      In my opinion you need a USB-C PD 10000 mah battery pack, and a usb-c to 5.5 DC which limits the output power to 12 or 9v. I hope this helps

      For what Orion? That battery has a 2S balance cable and a XT30 if I'm not wrong. Most of the goggles require a barrel connection. So unless you change the connection with an adapter, or cut and solder a new one, my initial answer will be no for most of the goggles.

      @@NordFPV i see. Does the v2 goggles use 5025 or 5021 plug? I dont think you can use powerbank. Uts not the cable that sets the voltade but the device you're charging. The powerbank Will allways output 5v unless the device have have resistance

    • @NordFPV
      @NordFPV  10 месяцев назад +1

      @@kringtheking2657The DJI V2 (not DJI G2) uses 5025 (the "big" connector). What you are saying about the cable is not true, and a very understandable misconception. There are cables that set the voltage of a USB-C PD, while there are other cables that doesn't. USB-C PD Protocol needs "someone" to tell the device how many volts it's going to provide. Normally, and I guess the standard was built for this someone to be the device (laptop, phone, etc), but cables like the one I'm linking, and using here, has the same chip inside the USB-C connector to become that "someone" telling the powerbank how many V they have to provide. When I look at my cables I have some labeled 9v, and some labeled 12v, and If I measure the voltage, as I do in the video, you will see only the powerbank and the cable, without anything else connected on the other end, delivers a different amount of voltage than 5v or the max the USB-C PD port can deliver.
