That’s this channel’s schtick. Each video runs about 8 minutes. They can demonstrate the recipe in about 5-6 minutes. The clickbait is almost more infuriating. ‘I make this several times a week’. ‘These sell 1,000 a day’. ‘This is France’s favorite dessert’ (they’ve said this about several recipes 🙄); etc.
I just fastforward the repetitive parts I don’t want to sit through. Easy peasy 😊. I even rewind sometimes, because I’m Autistic and get distracted easily. Sometimes it’s a nuisance but I get by.
I’m sorry to disagree with the above viewer but in all honesty seeing simply one or two of “how to butter the pan and poke holes” truly would be enough. I love to watch these videos but having them slightly shorter would be wonderful!! Thank you for showing us your method!

firstly i would like to say that the dessert in this video looks absoloutley amazing. i do agree that the video could have been a little bit shorter but that is do to me having a very short attention span. the music was ok but i felt myself struggling not to fall asleep:). so overall a good video just a little bit to long for me

Love the recipes but so much time wasted with the dramatics. Just do the same as if you were just making them, just because!! The rest s l o w movements and showing how to butter all of the pan is not necessary
This is just plain weird. A nutella based drink and a nutella creme patissere together? 1000 pieces? Come on. Is this a trial ballon for a Mc D dessert? And by the way, your creme anglaise is lumpy - mix the sugar and starch thoroughly together before adding any wet ingredients to prevent this.
I'm not that crazy about chocolate, And don't really care much about Nuttela. And the topping of this pastry really need the real melted baking chocolate in it, not Nuttela. The whole thing is good enough for Kid's Cooking show, Not French restaurant.
If there are many negative comments and they are from professional chefs it would be wise to listen to them. I comment on crap like this because as s food service professional it burns my butt to see people who don't have the proper knowledge expounding the bulls..t like the are pros.
