- To practice this, u need to build good shoulder and arm strength, before you start working on your arms, do a good warm up. When you drop your know down and chest down try to keep spine strait line.
Don't forget to add a warm-up and a few repetitions of Suryanamaskara before you start.

You need to build shoulder strength. It will come with practice and you just learn to go down to ashtanga posture, this itself will help you build mobility.

Very well explained and for the practical tips Madam. Is there any minimum height by which the hip should be raised for maximum benefit? ie the minimum gaf in inched between mat and underneath of lower stomach

And if you practise this particular video which you are watching about ashtanga the way you go down very slowly if you practise that also will help you a lot😊🙏
Hi Neha I tried doing it but coming is very difficult for me. I simultaneously practing chakrasana also as I am not coming up in this Asana so I am not able to do chakrasana also😟

Thanks for the video. It really helped me doing correct pose. But after doing this asana there is pain in my chest which gradually decreases with 2 to 3 days. Is it alright or should I need improvement in posture.
I think you are talking about shoulder pain or the chest muscles if you have the pain in the muscles it’s because of the Asana practice which is fine your body will get used to it if you have any internal pain please do mention here😊🙏

Trying to tell openly as i can... Chest should touch floor?, keeping chin as support makes chest to lower further.
My breast restricts while trying this.. When i put my breast down i get pain(pressure region). I thought for women it is tough, but all can do but why cant I..

You can do yoga for sure but keep it mild for about 30 -40 minutes and it is actually very good to fasting and practicing 😊🙏
