The points are valid, but your timeline is inaccurate. This strand of church corruption began before millennials even came of age. And the point you made about the destruction of feminism had been prevalent much before Gen Z. If anything Gen Z owes the chipping away of feminism to millennials as they were the first generation even start speaking up about it. The revolution of began with millenials. The reason you cant see it is because the lack of technological visual mediums in the previous generation's coming of age era, which Gen Z has abundant access to. Dont fall for the generational divide.

Couldn't agree more. It started with the boomers. And it should end with them too.
65% of gen x'ers were just as bad as the boomers, and about the same number of millennials also.
But since the smaller percentage of exceptions to the rule from the millennials to z'ers have rebelled against tyranny, the boomers spread false percentages to give US the idea we're alone, and to make themselves feel like they're not.

There are hardly any Millennial pastors in my area, almost all of them are Gen X or Boomers. In this video you constantly show Mark Driscoll and Steven Furtick who are both Gen X.
The oldest Millennials born in 1981 would be 43 or 44 right now, so unless they got the lead/head pastor role at a very young age it's unlikely that they have had that much influence in church leadership.

I had the same thought. Also, consider it was the boomers who taught women to have careers and not necessarily be in the home. I think the title of the video is a misnomer. Much of the current crises should be on the boomers and then on generation x following the examples and teaching of the boomers. Millennial generation thus is following through and doubling down on what they been taught. Which is why there needs to be a massive call of repentance in churches all over the west. I hear from people that my church is not that bad, but it does not take me long to find issues. Of course, there is the pushback that there no such thing as a perfect church, but there also needs to be a call to repentance and a follow through which men in the church need to lead based on the scriptures.

The boss babe mentality was taught by boomers too. 90% of the girls from my Christian high school went to college immediately and married in their 30s. This behavior is learned, it doesn’t just manifest itself out of nowhere.

It's likely not because of the arguments, that could simply be plausible deniability an excuse if u will. Women will ignore stuff that bothers them when they really like you, they will come up with excuses for you. She stopped liking u and was probably in the process of monkey branching to a new guy, happens to the best of us, Here's another sad truth; They usually give more chances to men who treat them badly, men who are good natured are on a hair trigger and when they do one thing bad no matter how big or small the woman will leave him quicker than the bad guy, this is because deep down she feels she uncovered the truth about who the guy really is, thinking his goodness was an act not realizing its her behavior that made the man act out of character after feeling deceived, emasculated, or betrayed by the woman, she uses that as an excuse to discard him. (it happened to me) If it's any relief women don't really have a capacity to love men as deep as we men can love them, I know this isn't popular to say, but men really do feel much deeper and love much more intensely than women do. However don't get me wrong women are easily capable of agape love for their children. God does not command women to love men but to respect them.

I'm turning 67 soon, so I'm a boomer, but a blue collar working class boomer (still working) who vehemently rejects modernity and woke culture. I'm no evangelical Christian either.
A young friend (27) reached out in real time on Christmas Eve. He was attending an evangelical megachurch with his sister. This church meets in an old warehouse complete with a rock band, jumbo boards, strobe lights, and smog machines. Later in the service the absent pastor popped up on the jumbo boards to deliver what my young friend thought would be some type of nativity sermon. But instead this pastor preached on "why we can't hold women accountable for having high body counts".
Evangelicals contend to me that this church isn't an evangelical church, but rather it's an "emergent" church (evidently a type of progressive evangelical church).
    That I don't know.
One thing I do know is that I've heard these boomer and Gen X clergy excoriate young men with these sermons on "man up and be a servant leader", but flat out refuse to call out openly dissolute women in their own flocks.
    This is absolutely mind numbing!

      54 year old Christian here
I can tell you the fall happened at the beginning of the 20th century. Look for a book called New age Bible versions. Or even older book by Les Garrett called which Bible can we trust.
The devil polluted the Bible and that's what's in those churches. There's only one English speaking Bible that's translated from the original text of the old & New testament Hebrew and Greek.
It's the authorized King James Bible. Which most churches don't use anymore. Hundreds of corrupt versions translated from corrupt Greek text created in 1881 by westcott and Hort. Look at what's happened to the church from then till now. Before that time all the denominations had the same Bible and it didn't matter which church you went to, protestantly speaking.
The sermons were the same, the people were the same for the most part.
You can blame millennials or Gen x or whatever you want but if you drink poison water eventually you will become poisoned yourself.

Yeah man, you should have seen the state of the church when millennials were growing up and the boomers (you know, the Jesus Freaks) and the X'ers were in charge... The reason you can make this video is because the only millennials that actually stayed in church after the disgusting time of the '90s and '00s were the ones who could profit from it. The rest mostly just left the faith altogether and never came back. The only reason I kept any faith at all through college was a combo of my mother and my own obstinance to not let college people tell me what to do.
Every problem you talked about in this video existed already:
    - Leaders did not take church seriously - youth groups with gross out games, goofy stage performances on Easter and Christmas, jokes before every sermon, etc..
    - No role models to speak of, since they were all busy building their own earthy kingdoms.
    - Shaming stay-at-home women, I saw this with my own mother who stayed home to raise and teach us, and that made her a lesser-than in the church compared to those working women.
    - Weak men - where were millennials supposed to see strong men? The boomers were only involved when they could make money or gain prestige, two things that never happen when you're raising kids.
    - Divorce - this was already a massively common problem with the boomers, who fought for no-fault devorce being legalized. Divorce was also encouraged in the church, until you did it, then you were a pariah.
    - Bad parenting - most parents were at work, man, not with their kids. The fact that millennials are the ones currently standing up for their kids against the woke mob at the school board meetings and such is a miracle to me, as there was *no* example of this when we were growing up. Boomers also brought in things like "everyone gets a trophy" and garbage like that, by the way. The kids didn't want that, and most threw those trophies away because they meant nothing. But it allowed uninvolved parents to feel good.
    - Feminism - I believe "Girls rule, boys drool" was the motto back then. Girls were perfect and wonderful and just wanted love, boys were miserable and troublesome and just wanted to take advantage of girls. Imagine the problems this caused for us guys when we got to college and met that girl who could lie really well to get what she wanted.
    - Addressing social issues - That's all the church talked about when we were there! It was more like counseling than actual teaching. If they had taught from the Bible instead of Chicken Soup for the Soul, maybe we would have made it out a little better.
    - Enabled resentment of men - That already existed way back then, man. Like, a lot. In the church, you rarely saw a man who was respected by his wife. It was a good rule of thumb, actually, that if your wife or girlfriend went to a women's retreat, you were going to be dirt when she got home. In youth groups, boys were taught that they were just horny wannabe rapists who didn't really deserve love from a woman and would need to beg for it one day. This teach got me and several other guys I've known into abusive relationships - after all, she asked *me* out, so it must be from God. Let's not even discuss all the jokes made at men's expense, such as referring to being the bride of Christ as, "Face it men, we're the girl". And that's a tame one.
I'm 34 now, trying to get involved in a church again after finally having my faith revived by people like John MacArthur, and I'm actually considering going back to just doing my own thing on Sunday again. I just can't get the churches of my youth out of my head, so I'm sitting there every Sunday waiting for the other shoe to drop rather than listening to the pastor. I think it's even a good church, but I'm not sure I'll ever reach a point where I can trust it. I want to go out on the mission field as a pilot, and yet I'm not sure I'll ever get there because of the American church.
The churches absolutely failed, and are still failing, us dirty millennials. You really need to look further than the ones who happen to be older than you. You might be shocked at what you find.

The area is so poor that the church doubles as a food and clothing bank. Not to mention most the flock came to service in near rags or patched attire. But the pastor(or what ever he was) was rarely there but always wore fancy suits and talked down to everyone while at the same time not trying to get anyone to change their ways or help them.
There was more but the real final nail in the coffin was when I left the service early one morning to see the pastor pull up in a grey(maybe light blue) Rolls-Royce with a driver that opened the door for him. The pastor even sneered at me when he saw me in my tattered attire I wore but they were the only clothes I owned at the time.

The problem is simply nobody wanting to cater to their role in the church. The elders no longer lead and guide the younger folk mentality but have the 'leave it to the kids' or 'the youngest shall lead' mentality, so we got a bunch of older folks and married couples attending church like a ritual and not standing up for any of the nonsense. Also the younger generation is also part of all the wokeness and stuff going on nowadays and will more than likely bring it into the Church if they're the ones speaking on Sundays which corrupts everyone. And there's also millenials who try to dress like the generation and act like them thinking it'll reach them, but that's the only reason their banks fill every Sunday rather than to teach them about Jesus and to change. I'm a Gen Z and been in Church all my life I've seen this stuff often in these Churches.
No proper leadership, biblical foundation, or correct way of reaching the youth and prioritizing God and family under Christian standards have lead us to this.

I would argue that the real issue has been a failure to preach the whole counsel of God’s Word. Literally all of these issues are covered in the Bible. Feminism can’t survive, indolence can’t survive, and cowardice cannot survive against the authority of the scriptures. Everyone, male or female, is vulnerable to its purifying power. These pastors simply fail to faithfully preach it.

You're blaming the Millennial generation, but the pastors you're highlighting in the video are mostly Gen X and Boomers. As a Millennial I am not denying that there is passivity in the Millennial generation but the people whom helm the churches right now are Boomers and Gen X. I don't even know of a single Millennial pastor in my local area for that matter.
Heck, most of those pastors don't even know what the gospel is and share some Calvinist or legalistic gospel that doesn't save.
When you look at their church statements on their websites. They say things that are confusing and contradict the gospel. I have seen statements like: "repent of sin" "good works prove your faith".
These statements show a lack of understanding with the basics of the gospel, the meaning of repent in regards to salvation, and the relationship of works after salvation.
These churches leaders have said some very heretical statements about God, God's power, salvation, works, etc.

Many pastors today want to be celebrities not shepherds. Some pastors seek and are addicted to adoration to the point if they are not qualified or disqualify themselves due to affairs etc they just find another church. As someone single churches need to stop disregarding singles who want to marry. We have vilified meeting someone to marry at church with similar values. Churches don’t prioritize in any capacity helping someone find or live out a biblical marriage. I never wanted a career. I work because I don’t have a choice and it’s not for lack of trying. Pastors, elders need to find ways to meet the needs of the church in the ways God ordained them to do.

If Saint Ignatius of Antioch were to come back today, he would definitely not recognize this as Christianity. This is no condemnation to anyone but it is true. So many have never been exposed to it and it is no fault of their own. Thankfully more and more missions are being done to change this. Millions of orthodox Christian’s exist outside of the west

Seasons are supposed to change, and we need to be prepared for them, but there doesn’t seem to be a great way that modern churches have helped prepare men and women for that change. Even advocating for celibacy would be a better solution than what the modern church advocates.

The Christian tradition had monks and nuns that would devote themselves to God in a community of believers, they would read and write scripture and develop theology, which we don’t really do anymore. It gave men and women a purpose outside of secular society to devote themselves to a higher calling, but we don’t really have that anymore in the mainline churches.

I'm a 42 y/o male virgin; I can confirm that there's no real training on how to get/keep a wife in the church.
I'll be open and honest: I hurt, at this point I really struggle with the idea that anyone will ever want/desire me sexually, that anyone will ever love the who-I-am, and feel like the best I can ever hope for is my failed attempts: to be used and taken advantage of. / I struggle to remind myself of God's promises: "the blessing of the lord maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it", "he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor of the lord", "no good thing will he withhold from those that seek him"…
The brutal realizations are that (a) to "love your wife as Christ loves the church" is apparently unattractive to women, who only want the bad-boy, who laud and reward him for his vices, while shunning and shaming the good man for virtue; and (b) at this point, I will never be her first choice, or second, or twentieth, and it is highly likely that she will always resent me for her settling, hell (c) the best way to turn a girl off is to reveal any serious interest in her.

You said adultery is the only reason for divorce, but I would encourage you to reconsider that. The so-called exception is actually a crack in the dam that weakens it and results in all sorts of other exceptions. (See Mike Winger's divorce video to see this in action.) A careful reading of the scriptures that seem to permit it will sure that no such exception exists. From the choice of words (sexual immorality vs adultery), the specific logical sequence used, the disciples' shocked reaction, other passages that emphasize the permanency of marriage without exception, the example of Christ and his bride, and the scriptural teaching on forgiveness, there is simply no way to honestly teach divorce at all. I'm happy to chat in more detail if you want.
Otherwise good video, thanks for putting this together and advocating for what's right. We are primed for revival in the coming generations and we must not lose hope. The Holy Spirit is alive and active in true believers today. God bless, brother.

You have the responsibility to end the marriage after adultery and you also have the obligation to forgive. Forgiving and divorcing go hand in hand with this type of behaviour.

    • @Legowiebe
      @Legowiebe 19 часов назад +1

@Trevlodas what part of "one flesh" (Gen 2:24) is unclear to you? What part of "what God has joined together let no man separate" (Mark 10:9) tells you that you can "end" a marriage? What part of "while he is living" (Romans 7:2) suggests there's another way aside from death? Make no mistake, divorce is a simulated murder because the Bible is clear that death is the only thing that ends the marriage bond. The idea that you can "forgive" or "let go" of a sin but simultaneously hold it against your spouse by divorcing her is a wicked lie. If you refuse to forgive your wife for cheating on you and you send her away then the Bible says your heart is hard (Mark 10:5), you're worse than an unbeliever (1 Tim 5:8), and you won't be forgiven of your own sins (Matt 18:35).
"You can't say that you forgive someone yet take him to court and demand that his sins be held to account on your behalf. The person who is divorcing or intending to divorce her husband or his wife hasn't forgiven him or her, by virtue of the divorce proceedings. This should be obvious just on the face of it. To take a person to court is to hold his sins to account in the most official, public, and legal sense there is."
"Divorce is one of the most horrible examples of unforgiveness that there is, because what is demonstrated is no forgiveness to the one who is closest to you in an earthly sense, the one whom is declared to be one flesh with you. Not only that, as a representation of Christ and his bride, you are setting an earthly example corresponding to the spiritual one, which would imply that Jesus refuses to forgive his bride for sins committed, or that his bride forsakes Jesus to follow another christ, another god. Divorce is worse than murder, because the murderer is taking the life of someone who is going to die sooner or later anyway, yet divorce is profaning the representation of Christ and his bride."

@@LegowiebeI take issue with your comparison of divorce to criminal justice.
The reason crime are so high is because of this soft on crime mentality. Forgiving a criminal who's not willing to repent is exactly what will and does cause the harm of someone else. You see it in New York all the time which officials being soft on crime. Are you going to shoulder the responsibility of letting that person go? Whether you like it or not a lot of people need to be kept away from the rest of society.

@@Legowiebe If it does not translate consult your bible matthew 19.9-19.12 it is clearly said that in the case of adultery you are to divorce and it is not adultery then for the bond is already broken. You can forgive and let your wife go that would be the righteous thing to do. Trying to pretend the bond is not broken will lead to worse circumstances for either party. Letting her go has nothing to do with revenge or resentment it is the superior response to this phenomenon. Building a marriage in adultery is foolish it is as if you built a house on a hill of sand it is doomed to fall under crushing tides. Enough pearls I have scattered here take the word of god that came from his holy mouth or disregard it and go according to the teaching of men. I see what your saying on Protestant churches lacking men (someone who is fit and demanding respect because of their body) firstly I do not believe that is the defining characteristic of a man, someone arguably in Mt Athos is leagues more disciplined than someone who is fit. They have committed their entire day to prayer and worship even fasting most days to the LORD. So I think the defining characteristic of a man is someone who takes Christ seriously, but as seen in this video I wouldn’t think these “pastors” your talking about are any actual men. Also I have seen people in good shape who do not know the LORD so instead might be absolutely massive but instead live in lust and drunkenness lacking self control. And another quick point Steven Furtick is huge let’s be honest.

    • @rpganondorf1426

Discipline is very much both sex characteristic, however, would you agree your body is not your own? Did you decide when you were to be born? Did you decide to have that body? Would you agree that God gave you that body? Therefore, if the body is not yours, then it must be God's. Did God not call you to be good stewards of what is his? This applies to all things. Your house is not yours, your car is not yours, your wealth is not yours. These are all given to you by God's desire
We all understand the body requires exercise to be strong and healthy. Just as we need to be good stewards of our spirit and exercise prayer to have a strong spiritual connection. Just as we need to exercise communication to have relationship with the father. Which is also the same exercise with our earthly relationships with a spouse and real friends under the authority of Christ. A strong body is not only for men. This also applies for women. A fit and healthy body has substantial benefits for healthy children and less complicantions during birth. This is what God designed the body to be, even before the fall. Remember, we were flawless before the fall. Do you believe and Adam and Eve were undisciplined even after the fall? That they did not practice any of these methods of stewardship? Granted, no one in the bible had to write about fitness, because of the daily lives was straining enough to challenge the body. To think, Jesus walked everywhere, right? Once in a while... a boat ride...lol Do you not think his body would have a certain level of health and fitness? I challenge everyone to think about what stewardship is... and what is your and what is Gods.

This video is intolerable because it riddled with so much ignorance.
Millennial here. Going to clarify some major points of contention i have of the first 3 minutes because it was so irritating to continue I can't finish the video.
    1. Generational infighting is the least productive mode of conversation. Take it from a generation endlessly irritated with the boomers. We, as Christians above all others, should abound in our graciousness to one another, especially our heavenly family.
    2. Millennials didn't ruin the church, humanity did and has since the start. If you even read your bible for 5 minutes cover to cover, you'll see that the whole story is basically 'God is building a nation to rule over, love and live with and the people of that nation reject Him, spit in his face, insult him, get everything wrong and self-destruct. The Church is the post-Jesus cruxificition nation, Israel the Pre- Jesus crucifixion nation. No man is good, only God. You will ruin your generation's Church just as everyone else did in theirs.
    3. Millennials didn't invent modern non-denominational/evangelical churches, boomer Baptists in Sothern California and the US "Bible Belt" did in the 60's as a means to preach the Gospel and save the hippies that were getting involved in drugs, sorcery, universe worship and sexual rebellion (The greatest cultural downfall in America). This movement was nick named the "Jesus Movement" or the "Third Great Awakening" in America and gave rise to the Billy Graham crusades, Calvary Chapel, Jerry Falwell and Liberty University, eventually Hillsong Church, the first Christian revival in South Korea and I could go on.
    4. Every church format serves a purpose in building the kingdom. So long as some basic unifying tenants remain such as God as creator, Man as sinner in need of savior, Jesus as savior and God in flesh, the great commission and anticipation of Christ's return, churches are free to worship, preach the gospel, baptize and inspire generations as they feel the Holy Spirit has lead them.
    5. Weak men. Its hard to place the blame squarely at the feet of the church for this as feminism has effected every aspect of modern culture, in part, because we are generally so safe from utter destruction and daily harm today, globally. If anything the church has been the ONLY force in the world slowing down the rot and decay that feminism brings. That being said is not immune itself to feminism and does need correction.
    6. Who's running the church? Generally speaking Millennials are still too young to be seen broadly in charge at churches. Right now most pastors/priests are in the Boomer/X generations. The oldest millennials are barely pushing 40 right now and are almost all completely broke from getting into college debt, don't own homes, mostly aren't married, even when married are without kids (unless by accident). Its hard to believe Millennials have ruined church by attending churches created by another generation.
    7. Non-denominational / Evangelical has done more work in the last 60 years to preach the Gospel, seek and save the lost, Baptize in the name of the Father-Son-Holy Spirit, educate and conduct missions work and bring new members to the body of Christ than any other single denomination alone has in the same time frame. The only reason it doesn't get the statistical credit it deserves is because most people don't add the sum total of the work between all the churches. In fact, its the only form of Christianity still growing while every other denomination is failing so hard they are literally closing their doors. Not even the Catholic or Orthodox Churches can keep more people coming in than going out.
    8. The "Western", non traditional church isn't failing. Its just not appealing to YOU. As someone who was saved and baptized in one of these types of churches I can say for a fact, the Holy Spirit is as much at work in these "modern" churches as any other denomination. The problem is AAAAALLLL Christian organizations are struggling to appeal to Gen-Z because Gen-Z has problems humanity has never faced before and the Church is slow to adapt. Though in my opinion, your favorite western Church is more ready and able to adopt a new style and format to reach Gen-Z with the Gospel than any other denomination I see thus far.
I don't know if this message will fall on deaf ears or not but I hope and pray your channel matures into solving the problems facing the Church by way of the Holy Spirit instead of your endless digs at a group of people 10 years older than you. Millennials WILL be a much greater ally, guide and helper to you and Gen-Z than the boomers were to us because we grew up with the internet just like you did and can understand your trouble in a way the boomers still can't.
Don't discount Millennials because they haven't fed your ego.
Don't discount the western church because its not meeting your arbitrary standards.
Pray for us and we will pray for you.
We have to work together or we will die alone.
**If you actually got to the end of this and read it, please at least thumbs up this comment so others can see it.**

Partly agree, but if I'm brutally honestly honest, what's done is done. The Millennials and Gen X haven't done much to actually spread the gospel to the point where we only have people entering the 4 walls of church when it's convenient, there's a rare amount of people fulfilling the great commission nowadays and that's why we see a rare about of street preachers and such which is actually biblical but many people who are Millennials or Gen Xers will say 'we don't do it that way' or 'I wouldn't do it that way.'
As I said in a previous comment many people nowadays try to reach the next generation by acting like them and not showing an example, which is precisely why Gen Z is facing all the issues it is today. Gen Zers like me have been left to a worse world than it previously was and that is 100% the fault of the generation of people including Christian men and women before us, who didn't do properly what the Bible said and are just joking around, now you have men who can't even safely get married without risking the cons of divorce, and feminists disguised as 'christians' walking around in your church still not wanting the average Christian man.
Basically what I'm trying to say is that there's only so much that can be done now, videos like this are important because they highlight the issues going on in Church today that most Pastors aren't even touching on, and attacking and shaming guys like me because we are living in a world they literally allowed to come to fruition with all the feminism, and wokeness, and anti-God and anti-family laws and trends that they HAD the ability to intervene, in but didn't because the generations before us not only don't understand the culture of today but because they don't want to actually do anything more to help what's left us the generation now.
And this is why you now have Gen Xers, and Millennials and older folks now sitting in the front of your church every Sunday with their wives and family happily smiling at the Pastor in Gen Z clothing while the rest of us are in the back are left to fend for ourselves and your 'prayers'. And I'd kindly fast and pray, which nobody wants to do either.

Not more accurate at all when you see pope Francis’ views on various things, plus the history of why Roman Catholics like Luther called for reformation in the first place. Nice way to push your own barrow. But yes I agree it’s inaccurate to be calling out Millenials when, if anything, it’s Boomers and Gen X (of which I am one) who are ultimately responsible for destroying in a couple of generations what countless generations of Protestant Christians have built in the West. It would be most accurate to say it’s unscriptural churches have been destroying the faith. All the current issues like feminism, abortion, same sex relationships, family breakdown, male/female roles etc. are the simple questions in scripture, when you already deeply believe that scripture is God’s word. But ‘modern’ Christians have walked away from defending scripture as TRUTH and have essentially allowed the philistines to educate their children to hate truth and love falsehood, and that’s spread into the church also, so what you see today was pretty much guaranteed from 80 years ago and more.

I recognize the past failures of Bro. Mark Driscoll, however then and now he has had a strong male dominant church. Driscoll has an expository style while Furtick is topical. Furtick and Driscoll are literally ministry polar opposites.

1 Corinthians 7:15 "But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace." If a husband or wife does not believe in God or the word and there is nothing more you can do then let them leave. Pay your child support as service to God but depart from the wicked and faithless how can you serve God in a house divided.

The only things I would disagree with you on is pastors pin pointing their real life situation comparing to a scripture. There’s nothing wrong with letting the congregation know that you yourself are human and humble before the eyes of God, and yes a strong role model should be physically fit, but the one thing you should take from the pastor is how good is he when he preaches the gospel, how spiritually accurate, how protective of his congregation but yet also knowing of the knowledge that you yourself are just a humble messenger to tell the congregation, it’s all about what you preach and what the source is which is the Word of God. That is more important than focusing on one’s body. However yes, health wise they should be modified in their fitness for the sake of example. The problem here is that the Lord decides whether you are fit to lead the congregation or not, I won’t slander or judge God’s anointed. I do that then my life could end up imbalanced and measured the same flaws. Judge not lest ye be judged yourself. Trust me my family has been through the same ringer. The way I see it, you should preach the gospel if you know the preaching of today is off, I would support you as long as you follow and teach the word as it is written. I don’t listen to today’s preachers neither but I’m careful with what I pin point since I myself can fall victim into the “Judge Not Lest Ye Be Judged yourself” spectrum. I do agree with everything else though, the Gen Z, Woke, feminist views being incorporated into the gospel has to stop that I strongly agree with as well

The pointing out of the current problems with society is bang on. Who created the problems is not constructive. Finding solutions is the answer. Try God. After a lot of research I've come to believe that Jesus Christ is God. Church is not God although you may find him among his family. Rejection of something so important before investigation is stupid but it is your life and you've been given freewill.

  • @laughterlight6512
    @laughterlight6512 15 часов назад

I agree with many of the points made, but there are a few counterpoints I have. Most of them are addressed in other comments that are probably more articulate than I could ever manage and relate to the timeline you set, but I do have another. My worth and purpose as a young Christian woman is neither in a 9-5 career being a "girlboss", NOR is it in being a homemaker. It is and will always be in Christ and in following the direction God has set for my life. For me, that does not seem to be homemaking, though I do want a family. Rather, I put up with all the college nonsense and work preparation because I feel His pull to one of the oldest callings in existence: caring for the animals that God set humanity over to tend. In my case, that means veterinary work, and it doesn't reduce my worth one bit to follow what God is calling me to do. My mother is a homemaker, because that is what she was called to do, and many other women would be, too, if they would just listen. It just isn't my own calling, at least not full time.
