- Hello, sweet pea! Today, I have a delightful, crochet pattern to share with you. This shawl is a beautiful, drop stitch, half-pi shawl that can be completely customized to whatever size is desired. Are you ready to cast on and get started? In this video, I demonstrate how to crochet the first section of this shawl.

Circumfractal is an Adventurous Beginner level crochet shawl pattern, and the sample shown here was made with our Cloudscape Hues Twisted Tweed Sport Kit and used approximately 1299 yards (1188 m) total - A: 315 yards (288 m), B: 316 yards (289 m), C: 316 yards (289 m), and D: 316 yards (289 m).
Circumfractal is made with our Twisted Tweed Sport yarn, which is a wonderfully soft and bouncy, 2-ply, sport weight yarn. This unique fiber blend includes two types of wool that are twisted together. Because they take the dye differently, the result is a cool, barber pole effect with gold, plum and brown Donegal Tweed neps flecked throughout.
This base has such an earthy, homey, charming feel! It has an heirloom, heritage, yet hip, modern vibe and is a blend of 43% Superwash Merino Wool, 42% Fine Merino Wool, and 15% Donegal with 384 yds/351 m per skein.

That pattern is wonderful, something I will definitely trying, after i finish the sunset diamond one. It is nice to be able to have a pattern for the adventurous beginner and the lace stitching certainly looks different and fun to try. I always enjoy receiving your emails with different patterns and colour kits you make up and design. Your imagination is out of this world with the different colour combo's. When I receive the emails you always have words of encouragement in them. I have quite a few of your bookmarks which i use when knitting to mark where i am and i am always swapping them over for different quotations on different days.

It's my favorite day of the week! Free Pattern Friday!!! Yes, I'm signed up and I love this shawl and it's size! I love big shawls. I'm not a fan of tweed suites, but tweed yarn is to die for! I have the nougat yarn that I've added to several different projects. It would be great to have those other colors. I love that we came from the stars. We are part of the universe, we're all connected!
I worked 2 cakes of Buttery Bulky in 2 days! That's the fastest I've ever knitted, so far. As I'm waiting for more Buttery Bulky, I started a shawl using 2 different Tunisian stitches. There's another RUclipsr that has great Tunisian patterns and I would love for her to design patterns for you, so I have a good idea of which yarn of yours I should use. Her channel is TL Yarn Crafts. Her name is Toni. I hooked on the Tunisian crochet! And you!!! You shine brighter than the stars!!!
