Gorgeous my Friend. I'm currently working on Beanies. I've returned to crochet after learning at 12/13 yrs young from my "Muer," my Precious Grandmother who lived to be 104! Bless you and Bless All.❤🙏🏼Love this gorgeous piece you showed. Beautiful colors and Great Handiwork. ❤
Loved this design from the moment it appeared on my screen. I am currently working a Lady Eve shawl in cerise and planning to crochet my first top, having worked up the courage to start it. This design has already joined my project list.
I am currently working on one of your shawl patterns Aspenglow. I have never done a vest, but looking forward to trying this one. Thanks for all of your gorgeous patterns made available to us!
I am working on a scarf for my friend for Christmas. Then a headband for her as well. Once I am done with both of those, I would love to tackle this beauty Lacy Duster. I love the colors and look of it. I just purchased some yarn with great colors. Can wait to get started. Thanks for sharing.
I'm currently working on 2 projects a crochet cardicoat for my 3-year-old granddaughter, and knitting a sweater for my son. My return to crocheting started years ago with making a duster for my daughter. I would love to make this duster for myself thus year😊
I have a couple of projects on the hook. Some now brainer, little brainer and one that needs my full concentration and somthing mini mostly square stitch try out, that i always carry with me, when i leave. That helps me relax and crochet whatever i need at the moment.
I was lucky to be able to help test this pattern and I still want to watch you demonstrate how 😂 I'm working on 2 test knits ( non EFA), a crochet test which is for EFA, the MKAL, MCAL, summer cal and kal and my mantlemist. I have yarn for upcoming tests and for Camerondonta to go with my crossaster! Love, love, love all you do ❤
What a loving duster! It reminds me of a mother's hug, where you walk in the woods, sit under the giant cedar, close your eyes and connect with mother nature and your imagination starts to fly off through the universe. I instantly fell in love with this duster! I'm working on the Creery sweater for my sister. I would have been done by now, but I was sent the Marshmallow colorway instead of Lavender Ice Cream. I got the Lavender Ice Cream yesterday while a friend and I were walking up Mt. Rainier. So majestic! Thank you for sharing this pattern that is so me! Have a majestic day!
I'm crocheting the shawl pattern, Adamas. Just finished the Galateia pattern; this is the second time in that pattern; this time I made it with sleeves. I'm thankful for all the free patterns.
Just love love love your story telling and voice.I Don't know how,but it feels so relaxing and nostalgic. Love this pattern. Thank you for demonstrating. ❤❤❤
I'm really excited about my current project! It's my first raglan jumper. My dad specially requested it and we picked out an eye-catching purple together. Purple was his choice and is my favourite colour too, plus he's taking an interest in my hobby so I feel like we're becoming closer whenever I work on it - and I'm learning a new skill at the same time!
I am working on a blanket for my dad. I'm using the modern granny stitch with worsted weight yarn and is in three of my dad's favorite colors red white and black.😃
Hi Chandi! Thank you for your calming and encouraging words. Tim does a great job with photography. I think I usually have 2-3 projects going. I am almost done with a hat (Alaska by Camille D.). It is so wonderful when I order yarn from Expression Fiber. I love the package it comes in and I love how beautiful and squishy it is. Have a delightful day!
Right now I am working on a child’s size sweater as part of a pattern testing group for one of my favourite designers. Crochet is my passion in life and it does have a total relaxation effect on me. I think that is why I love it so much. I used to suffer from anxiety so bad but now I am completely in the present when I crochet ❤
I am currently working on a knit tank top pattern. It is quite the challenge fir me as I am a beginner knitter. This pattern looks wonderful. I am an intermediate crocheter and I love pattern like this. They are so relaxing. I hope you have a wonderful day 😊
I am currently working on Embers. I love this new pattern. Thanks for blessing everyone weekly with new patterns which make me drop my current project to start your newest one. So instead I make the sample from your video each week to place with the pattern. Thank you again for sharing your gift❤️
I am currently crocheting a cardigan for a dear friend and a shawl for my daughter's mother in law! I love watching your tutorials! You have a way of explaining each stitch and the yarn that makes working on a project so calming! ❤
I love duster cardigans so you can be certain I will be making this!! With the business of summer, working and traveling I am between projects, but I am in the process of picking my next one. More than likely one of the fabulous shawls or shrugs that I can cozy up with in the coming winter months.
Currently finishing up a sweater for my granddaughter when I saw this pattern in my feed. This is such an eye 👁 catching garment that I have to make for myself. I have downloaded it even though it was so late last night. Now have to find some yarn. Thank you for sharing this pattern for free. You are always so generous 💗 💕
I'm just finishing off a tote bag for my daughters birthday. The first crochet I've done in a very long time after an injury to my arm and I'm so happy to be finally back to my yarn and hook.
My current project is a sweater … I really love this project and will try it next… lovely colours! Thank you for all your hard work and videos. Much appreciated!❤
That kit is so dreamy!! Makes me want to just appear in a cozy cabin in the mountains with all my fiber and books! I am currently working on Harmonious!
I understood the way of art through your spirit- while knowing I had it all in me long time already remembering watching my grandma doing tablecovers and many more- I all had it in my DNA and had to revive it in me. I am currently working on the sunset diamonds!!! Love it ! Slada
The Beginner's Crochet Infinity Scarf. I bought the kit because I need to practice from the beginning again! I came across your how-to videos many years ago, and yours were (and still are) the best and easiest to follow - plus you make everything so happy and fun. Thank you for everything, Chandi!
Hi beautiful! Love this pattern, the colors, and your voice is so relaxing! Looking forward to Fall, crisp air, snuggling next to a fire. I'm making some granny squares for a bag, a throw, and a couple of charity baby beanies! The yarns for this project, and pattern, I'm going to be making, for myself! 😊❤🙏Thank you, Chandi!
I’m definitely going to try this, after I’m done with a cancer hat I’m knitting for a dear friend of mine. It’s so important to have something on my needles or hook at all times! Something that is intended for me, because I know how important self love and care is.
I'm currently working on a few 1940s and 1950s vintage tops, a crochet blanket for charity, and your Stream of Conscienceness capelet (using your bamboo alpaca fingering yarn in Tide, Endless Summer, and Be A Mermaid, which is so lovely and summery!) for a friend. I love the colours in this duster! Very serene and reminiscent of a walk through the woods. Thank you for another great tutorial! Also, I love your sweater and the colour combination you used!
i am currently working on both the year long mystery knit along and the year long mystery crochet along and have lots of fun. Thanks for all the patterns and helpful videos.
I'm in the process of the gauge swatch for Pascal. I LOVE this yarn!(for the Pascal! Though the yarn you're working with IS gorgeous!) You make crochet look so easy! I love watching you crochet. I'm not even paying attention to what stitches you're doing....just watching you and relaxing. Sssooooo peaceful.....
Chandi you always make it look so easy. I'm fairly new to trying crochet and have been loving it. Not sure I could follow a garment pattern, but would love to try. 🤗
It has been 63 years since my grandmother sat me down with my first hook and a ball of Aunt Lydia’s rug yarn and I made my first chain! Once you have put hook to yarn it’s all just learning different stitches and how to arrange them. Break down your pattern line by line and, most importantly, be patient with yourself as you do this. You’ve got this! You go girl!!!😊🧶
I am 61 and I was 12 when my sister-in-law, who was pregnant with my 1st nephew and had toxemia, put a crochet hook in my hand and taught me to chain. I've been hooked. It was during the summer and she was making all kinds of blankets, booties and all sorts of goodies for her new baby. She wasn't supposed to be alone, so, I got to stay with her several days a week for about 4 weeks. I loved my new sister since I was the youngest by 10.and 13 years to 2 big brothers. I was quite the tomboy and it took a lot to settle me into doing girly things that summer, I learned to crochet and to macrame', too! It was great! I never made anything wearable until just the last couple of years. My advice is the same, take your time, follow the pattern and pay attention to your tension on the hook. Try to use the same tension and make your stitches nice and loose like she does in the video. If you have to go up a hook size, do it. Practice making the stitches with some other kind of yarn until you are comfortable and settled into it and then, get the yarn you want to use out and crochet this vest! This is a great pattern to start with because it doesn't have sleeves or collars and cuffs. You can do it!!!❤🧶
This a beautiful vest! I am going to put it on my to do list. Currently I am crocheting the Sweet Pea shawl, I must say it is so addicting, so calming and so enjoyable to crochet this pattern, just like a good book that you don’t want to put down!!! Your way of teaching is exquisite!! The quality of your videos, your surrounding design, your beautiful face and the way you play with your words all make a big difference in attracting a crowd of subscribers to your channel! I look forward every Friday not only to learning a new pattern but also to watching the video you creat! Thank you!!!
Currently crocheting 'mug rugs' for co workers and double thick pot holder. Hats for Christmas gifts.... right around the corner! Thank you for this pattern... think who would love it!
Thank you for replying to me ! I am glad I sent you a message ! I missed that ! This is the first time I’ve ever done a dble crochet foundation row so thank you for the clarification!! I would have had myself in a mess ! Thanks again 💜!
Once again, blown away. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING! I'm currently working on a crochet scrappy blanket, knit baby blanket and a crochet hexagon cardigan.
I’m currently working on a wedding blanket for my son. My next project is your sweet pea shawl. I already made your red rose velvet shawl. I get so many compliments on it. Your designs are beautiful!
Wow. This is a beautiful garment. I'm adding this to my to-do list, once I'm done making this cream cotton star/flower shawl for my mom that's coming to visit later this month.

Oh, you're so welcome, and I'm so happy you're loving this project so much! That's wonderful! And thank you also for the sweet words. I appreciate them, and your comment made me smile. Take care, and please do share your finished project with us!
Hi love your patterns they are always so beautiful. Right now I'm knitting my first shawl I normally only make blankets or scrafs. So it's been scary and fun making this shawl now I'm hoping to build my confidence and try to make lace shawl
I justed finished and wore my very first top. I am working on 2 blankets. I have 2 more blankets waiting. I just ordered yarn for my next project. Beautiful everything, patterns, tutorials and YARN!
I love how you introduce new patterns and yarn by connecting them to nature! I’m currently working on a modified version of your Textured Laguna Shawl using the Rainbow Aura Kyanite Oasis yarn. Most of my previous makes were given as gifts. But this is a keeper as the yarn was one of my first purchases from you, after I fell in love with the color way. I crochet and knit, but since I’m a continental knitter this project is perfect “rehab” from carpel tunnel and ulner release surgery two months ago. And it’s a perfect garment for transitions from summer hot outdoors to chilly indoors.
I LOVE this duster!!! I am currently working on the sweet pea shawl and it's super easy and coming along great. Thank you for all of your videos. I am definitely hooked!
That's a beautiful drapy long vest. I love to wear long vests and jackets and capes and this looks just right. I am currently working on a cardigan. I made the pattern and I am struggling with some of the finishing touches. Thanks for the short tutorial and, of course, the give-a-way! ♥️🧶
You’re absolutely right, something about this pattern (especially in these colors) feels very grounding ❤ I’m currently working on finishing a honeycomb filet baby blanket (9 rows and a border to go!) for some friends of mine who have a honeybee farm.
Love your color palettes and your inspirational emails and videos.I look forward to your emails every Friday. I just started the Tubucake. What a fun pattern!

Right now I'm working on the Galateia Top. It's such a calming pattern to crochet. I plan on making the knitted version after I finish . Thank you for you great tutorials and patterns.
Thank you for zooming in with the stitches. It makes it a lot easier to see where to put my hook.
Glad it was helpful! 🥰

Aww, yay 😍
I’m definitely going to try this, after I’m done with a cancer hat I’m knitting for a dear friend of mine. It’s so important to have something on my needles or hook at all times! Something that is intended for me, because I know how important self love and care is.
Yes, I agree but it's so sweet of you that you're making a cancer hat for your friend. 🥰
I’ve been watching your beautiful videos for years. I have to pick up my hook/needle every time 😊 I’m working on a granny square blanket. 😊
Fabulous, I'm so happy to hear that 🥰

I'm currently working on a few 1940s and 1950s vintage tops, a crochet blanket for charity, and your Stream of Conscienceness capelet (using your bamboo alpaca fingering yarn in Tide, Endless Summer, and Be A Mermaid, which is so lovely and summery!) for a friend. I love the colours in this duster! Very serene and reminiscent of a walk through the woods. Thank you for another great tutorial! Also, I love your sweater and the colour combination you used!
It’s so nice to hear from you!

Aww, you have just motivated me so much right now!
Another lovely creation 😊 just beautiful 😊😊😊
💙💙💙
Love your weekly patterns I can't knit or crochet fast enough to make all the ones I like
Hehe, I know we all would like to craft faster 🥰
You always have such beautiful patterns. You do gorgeous work. Right now I'm crocheting a blanket for my nieces first birthday.
Oh, thank you! I'm so lucky to work with such an amazing team of designers and makers. ❤
You can do it!!!❤🧶
Give it a try I'm sure you'll get there. Just one stitch at a time. Go your own pace and it'll work out. 🥰
I am knitting a lace baby sweater for a baby shower, using a very vintage pattern. I may try to crochet this. Your instructions are great!
Aww, thank you 🥰
This a beautiful vest!

Hi love your patterns they are always so beautiful. Right now I'm knitting my first shawl I normally only make blankets or scrafs. So it's been scary and fun making this shawl now I'm hoping to build my confidence and try to make lace shawl
That's great! You've totally got this!
I justed finished and wore my very first top. I am working on 2 blankets. I have 2 more blankets waiting. I just ordered yarn for my next project. Beautiful everything, patterns, tutorials and YARN!
Aww, that's so sweet of you. Enjoy working on all your projects. 💜
I'm so happy to hear that. Have fun with it 🥰
Working on a lacy shrug right now. This pattern looks so pretty. I will have to add to the growing list of projects.
Hehe, happy you like it 💙
