Hi! I just found you when I was looking for a long cardigan made flat and taadaa🤩Thank you for the easy to follow instructions. Just started my own. Hugs from Sweden🌺
@CeceNirvana hello, yes, if you want to make it longer, just add more stitches in the foundation chain, and if you want to make it larger/wider, just add more rows. I hope this helps!
@@Bcutebeanieboutique hi! Sorry no, I meant adding more rows; for example for my size, I had 15 rows in the front panels each, and 26 rows in the back panel; if one would like to make the cardigan wider, one would increase the front panel rows to let's say 20 and the back panel to let's say 36 rows (I'm just using those numbers as an example). Adding increase rows would be different as it would change the shape of the cardigan (i.e., from a rectangle to a trapezoid!). I hope that makes sense!
Hello, unfortunately that's hard for me to answer because this cardigan (and all of my projects) are made to measure. So the number of rows and number of stitches in the foundation chains are based on my own body measurements (or the body measurements of the person I am making the cardigan for). If you would like to make this same cardigan but shorter, you would need to take your body measurements. And if you check out the description box for this video, I listed the different measurements needed for the cardigan so that anyone can make it for their own size. I also have a few videos on my channel on how to construct cardigans from scratch based on own measurements. I hope this helps!
Thank you for showing me how to create a long or short Cardigan, along with the cut out pattern. ❤❤❤
You made the foundation roll crochet really easy and the cardigan is really nicely made. Thanks for sharing.

How many rounds for a large? What were the lengths of the different sizes
How would you make this cardigan bigger? Just make more stitches in the first row?
@CeceNirvana hello, yes, if you want to make it longer, just add more stitches in the foundation chain, and if you want to make it larger/wider, just add more rows. I hope this helps!
Hey hun I was reading the comments on how to make it wider, did you mean to add more increase rows?

How many foundation double crochets should I do for a shorter cardigan?
