I suffer from heel pain (planter facia). I have been on steroids, changed shoes, physical therapy special socks and numerous visit to foot doctor, (expensive) exercises as per doctor advice. You name it and I have done it but no relief. I’m going to try your method and let you know how it’s working. I have tried your methods before for other things and I’m feeling confident. Thank you for all that you do🙏🏼

A lot of advice for heel/foot pain is actually for NOT walking barefoot on floors, but to have padded/foam/orthopedic/sturdy shoes or slippers… so I’m wondering what the nuances/specifics are… like hardwood floor vs. something else, how many hours a day of barefoot vs with shoes, maybe if one goes grounding outside or not, etc… I am doing the best I can by wearing orthopedic shoes in the house most of the time and going grounding outside… but I feel to say DON’T wear shoes inside is too broad or generic of a statement. Any further details would be appreciated. Thx again!

One correction. Your feet have toes and not FINGERS. I noticed when I was taking yoga classes in india my guru always said, “FINGERS”. I had to correct him and from than on he looked at me and always corrected himself by saying move your TOES😂

Heel pain can go away by eating these. I am having"heel pain" on my right foot. I exercise my heel pain foot by rubbing the pain area of my heel against the edge of the stair in order to relieve the pain. I also observe my heel pain go away after drinking the "boiled Artichoke" (I boil my artichoke with corn to make nicer taste). However, artichoke is seasonal, meaning cannot get it in winter!. However, I observe after eating dates (Californian dates or Turkish dates... ) about 5 dates per day... having the same effect like "boiled artichoke". That is my heel pain goes away ... Try it out to see if these things will help you
