Please respond to this. Lately I've come across much info that people who drink lots of
milk, they still ended up with Osteoporosis. Why is that? Could it be that in North America,
the milk is Pasteurized and not Raw? What type of milk do they have in India?

Just in 6 minutes of her easy to follow and practical advice and sharing her knowledge can be make such a difference from suffering to good health. I am a believer in yoga, resistance excercise, vitamins, especially C and D , nuts and proteins. I have improved my diabetes, bone health
1. add magnesium to your morning diet-- almonds,cashew nuts,walnuts and hazel nuts
and seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds,soya seeds
after having warm water take lemon juice with chia seeds,
2 include calcium in lunch like curd,panner and leaf vegetables
3. protein rich snacks --boiled pea nuts, chana,roasted gram, hummus
4. Milk with tumeric before bed
5. weight bearing asanas-- ekapadasana, natrajasana-plank pose,vajrasana,sarvangasana, skipping

The leading cause of sickness is constipation and too much acidity and lack of sleep and lack of water intake daily and lack of 🌞 light and lack of exercise daily and lack of proper food and nutrition daily. Eating healthy food and nutrition daily is vital for better health and happiness.general hygiene daily and take necessary precaution daily.

I stopped milk for 2 months. Must say, it has reduced knee & back pains I had. Also plemph has reduced which is a big releif for me. Actually is milk good for humans?

What is hummud?
Hummus. That is a paste made of garbanzos
Lemon juice + 1 tbsp chia seeds
Yoghurt, green leafy veggies and paneer
Pl. suggest some exercises for 70+ peoples also, having severe pain in knee & lumbar region.

First thing my friend is, please talk to someone who is dearly close to you, someone who understands you and enlighten you, positive thoughts helps a lot and your body will follow if you eat healthily. Sleep 8hrs daily is a good start, warm water in the morning, and daily walks. Sunshine gives your body a relief feeling. Stop overthinking and focus on yourself. Watch motivational videos. Love yourself. Learning difficulties-stay hydrated and exercise will help your brain to relax, then you can start reading books, empty your mind and focus on the book itself. Keep repeating until you understand it, make it a habit, set a better scheduled time in reading. Surround yourself with happy fellows, avoid toxic ones.
