DIY CV Boot Steel Band Clamp Tool

Making an amazing useful quirky tool - CV Boot Steel Band Tool - Making a Tool for the job. I needed a tool to tighten some stainless steel buckle type straps on a drive shaft CV boot. Now I could have purchased one but thought I would make one.
