Thank You for this vid because the information is real and gives hope of restoration to my vision. Peripheral vision to me is needed in a crowd, just walking down a street. I was diagnosed with 25-30 percent of my peripheral vision gone and told "once it is gone, it is gone with no recovery". My intention is to start doing the exercises in this vid to improve my vision in all angles.

I've been thinking about doing something like this. I was born with a condition that has really affected my macular vision (I can't drive anymore) but my peripheral vision is still pretty normal. I've instinctively been developing the habit of looking above objects to see them better but maybe I could make better progress with more focused work.

Just a warning to those who want to train yourselves for this. It can cause frequent brain overloads aswell, especially while driving. it's a double sided sword as can be safer but also quite dangerous. was born like this cause of neuro condition.
