    Jaw can really shift muscles around ear get weak. It impacts a lot on eyesight, eyebrow, eyelid and even eyeballs.
    The root is a lot of things:
    - Wisdom teeth,
    - Sleeping with ventilator on the face (cool air),
    - Sadness and depression,
    - Feeling hopeless or helpless.
    - Wearing tight eye glasses (prescription or sunglasses),
    - Tooth pain,
    - Etc.
    Its hard to exercise these muscles around the ears, but if you can move/wiggle them, you can make them stay in that way.
    The eyes will see much more, will receive more information from the enviroment. And you will feel your entire gaze stabilizing, your body feels good, your upper body finally relaxes by its own.
    It's incredible.
    You see people on pandemic wearing tight masks, loosing their muscles around ears and many going myopic or astigmastic.
    I learnt this by observation, sometimes my ears were more broad than others. And when I used to put my sunglasses on the top of my head, I felt different, powerful, relaxed, independent, the body feels more energetic.
    Then I realize it was these muscles around ears, the same group of muscles that contract when you are smiling and happy.

    I have Exophoria, a type of Bincular Vision Dysfunction. The constant eye and head pain it gives me, is so terrible. This felt really good on those points. I honestly did it longer than 15 seconds for each time, cause it felt so nice, haha. Thank you for sharing this. I really need to start doing eye exercises too, so this will help for when I want to do those, beforehand.

    Oh my, painfree. I have central retinal occlusion. Vision is clearer than before, pain gone when l move my eye. I am also taking Japanese pressure tablets with vitamin A and a host of eye and blood health tablets. Vision was already improving but this makes sense and feels better. The lower central massage definately makes the difference. I am not giving up. Thank you so much❣

    Hi I follow you from Italy. I'm 45 years old, hyperopia since birth, but now I'm starting to have problems seeing up close. However, no problems from afar or reading text on the monitor. With my smartphone and a book, yes. I see well during the day, but less so in the evening. I kindly ask you: 1) Is being outdoors and applying sunning and palming a valid choice? 2) I notice that if I wear sunglasses my vision gets worse. 3) Can I keep the lights on for reading in the evening or do they hurt my eyesight?
    4) What exercises do you recommend that are most useful for my situation?
    5) I have pinhole glasses, how many minutes daily?
    Thank you with all my heart❤

    Eye massages have been a staple in schools in China for decades. Wonder how much science there is for those massages?

    • @ZHealthPerformance
      @ZHealthPerformance  2 года назад +4

      Yes they have been for sure. Much of the research on eye massage and it's long-term effects have come out of Chinese universities. As mentioned, it seems to be helpful but likely needs to be coupled with other modalities for most people. Thank you!

    Thankyou. This exercise helped decrease my tinnitus. Are there exercises where you massage the eye ball through the eyelid.. I do this by closing my eye and doing gentle circles with fingertips around the eye socket just wanting you thoughts if this is safe?

    • @ZHealthPerformance
      @ZHealthPerformance  Год назад

      Yes we do have some things like this in our curriculum. As long as the pressure is very gentle it is "generally" considered safe. However, we do ALWAYS recommend you run this by your optometrist because in some people who are potentially prone to glaucoma even very gentle pressure on the eyes (like tightly closing the eyes and squinting) can be problematic. Thanks!

      @ZHealthPerformance Thankyou.
      After doing the small pressure circle around the eye sockets my tinnitus almost completely went. Not straight away. I just realised the unusual silence sometime after. On waking it was there again. This morning I repeated the exercise and again the volume has greatly reduced. I also did the head massage on junctions.

    Question : If I do eye exercises twice a day does that mean I should massage twice a day too ?

    • @ZHealthPerformance
      @ZHealthPerformance  2 года назад +3

      Generally speaking yes. If you are doing eye massage twice daily just make sure to do it gently. If you've noticed that one session daily is typically more difficult you can plan to do the eye massage only prior to that session if you want to save time. Thanks!

    How to cure Myopia as fast

    • @ZHealthPerformance
      @ZHealthPerformance  2 года назад +3

      There are a lot of different exercises that might be useful, but there are not hard and fast answers for this based on the research. Often, myopia has a deep root in our visual habits so it can require extensive vision training AND habit revision to make changes. Sorry there's not a simple answer we can give you!
