Hey Eric, what about when you have an elderly person who can't make it to the ground without letting themselves fall for the last few inches? How would you teach them to get down safely?

Why if you fall down and not be able to get up is linked with death? What is the connection?

as a martial arts fan i wonder what hurting my liver with sudden accidents and slow accidents like feeling my torso from going back to a normal position as i practice a difficult move does to my liver
did u say the way to increase stamina is to strengthen the chest and lungs?
