I'm 36 and I started getting really congested skin from age 32-35. I haven't watched any of your other videos so not sure if you're already doing this, but my derm put me on spironolactone and tretinoin and it literally cleared up 80% of my acne in about 5 weeks. I've been on that routine for almost a year and my skin is glass skin now, no texture whatsoever and super clear. If you haven't tried this yet, maybe talk with your derm. My persistent acne ended up being entirely hormonal

I am using tretinoin in my PM routine and have been using some type of retinoid for years! I actually did try spironolactone before for around 6 months and made a video on it. Long story short I absolutely despised the side effects I got, which lasted for around a month and I just didn't like relying on oral medication anymore. My skin stayed nice and clear during that time but not worth it for me.

@@michxmash Gotcha! That makes total sense! I'm lucky in that I haven't had any symptoms from the spiro yet. Good luck with your skin! I know how hard it is fighting both breakouts and aging. Is this skin booster treatment like AquaGold FineTouch? Is it expensive? I've tried a ton of skin treatments and am always looking for more good ones

The derm basically injected an ampoule into my skin with a single fine needle all over my face and neck. Sometimes machines are used as well to do this and it's faster. I've seen prices in Toronto range quite a bit depending on area and method of injection, so I'm not sure what a standard price would be in other parts of the world. So far I like it because of the instant results - face feels and looks hydrated!
