loved the video thanks for posting! looking forward to more. =) for anyone interested here's a couple of details about this recipe: Micronutrient Highlights Iron: Good source from oats, dark chocolate, chia/flax, and pea protein. Magnesium: Present in oats, dark chocolate, and chia/flax. Calcium: Provided by almond milk (fortified) and chia/flax seeds. Vitamin D: Added via almond milk and protein powder (if fortified). Omega-3s: From chia and flax seeds. Antioxidants: Cardamom, pumpkin spice, and dark chocolate contribute small but beneficial antioxidant properties. This mix gives a balanced profile of macronutrients, with a strong emphasis on protein, fiber, and essential fats, making it a nutrient-dense choice for sustaining energy and muscle recovery. The absolute best single ingredient to add to this? Adding 1/4 to 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen berries would give this meal a significant boost in micronutrients, fiber, and antioxidants, while enhancing the flavor and freshness without adding excess calories or sugar. Any fruit with vitamin C enhances the absorption of plant-based iron (from oats, flax, and pea protein), helping optimize iron levels for energy and focus. again, thanks for the efforts and great video!
Thanks, friend! This is a wonderful deep dive into the recipe and great tips! The only think I’d add - and this is more of a diet maintenance mindset thing - it’s great and necessary to consider all these things, but it’s equally important not to get bogged down with making every meal a nutrient chasing project. Remember you’re eating multiple meals throughout the day, so you have many chances to incorporate everything. This can get exhausting for many folks and lead to burnout or having a “good food/bad food” mindset. That’s definitely not what you’re saying here but just wanted to throw that in the conversation! 🫶🏾
Good health information. In your next videos if you can provide protein/calories/macros in text atleast on the screen it would be great to visualize to memorize rather than listening Keep doing work. All the best for your new channel!

I never thought to use TVP in sweet recipes, makes so much sense cause they literally have a very mild taste. Great video.
Thanks, friend! It honestly works great in this. Doesn’t change the texture too much either. Try it and tel me what you think!
