Thank you! Here’s what I did
    1/4 cup oats
    1/2 cup peanut milk
    Banana slices (small)
    Apples slices (small)
    Cinnamon
    A dash of moringa powder
    Crushed peanut
(Stir it all together real good)
    - I just used what was available and it came out delicious! Already made a next batch for tomorrow.

Easy, and healthy breakfast! No more junk foods and oats help keep you nice and full thorought the day
Although I would prefer mixing the oats and milk first and leave the fruit on top instead of shaking it. Some toasted nuts, or nut butter, or granola sounds super nice too...

Showing the world useful healthy and cost effective tips is most needed. Thanks for sharing. If you use original oats allow it to set out to cook better in the mix jars. If it’s quick cooking oats, we’ll. Shake and settle down than freg.

I agree. You could substitute fresh fruit with organic or regular frozen fruit or a cheaper fruit that's in season and she also used the aldis brand Almond milk, which is cheaper than the name brand products. The only thing that isn't cheap are the seeds and agave but I usually buy the store brand. I buy Walmart organic nuts, honey, and seeds. You can buy the stores brand of seasoning, which is always cheaper. My cinnamon was 2 dollars and some stores offer bulk seasonings.
