My wake up strategy is to set up the 1 more alarm which is before 1 hour than the real alarm for example i have to wake up at 4 am in morning and i set up 2 alarms one is of 4am and one is of 3 am
HE : WE HAVE TO ALWAYS GET UP ON ALARM TIME
MEANWHILE ME : I WILL SET MY ALARM OF 12 NOON

I don't have any of these habits!! Everyday I wake up at 3:00 AM !!! I do workout, yoga and meditate from 3:10 to 5:00 AM!! After that I take a little breakfast! From 5:15 am to 8:00 am, I study!!! Using this routine, i feel energetic whole day!!!😎😎😎😎
