After watching this session i came to know where and why i feel shy and now i get the solution to overcome shyness. I have been body shamed a lot due to which i feel lack of confidence in myself and do not speak due to shyness . Whenever i go to New places the first thing people say is "oh you are so thin , eat something". And at that moment i feel so embarrassed that i don't say anything to them. But now i know how to overcome these types of people. From now i will be accepting myself however. "Whatever i am,i am perfect". I will speak this line everyday . Tha way you explained about shyness was amezing. I also suffered from shyness but now i bit more ok. Last week when i had to give presentation in my company in front of only two people i was so shy that the night before presentation my heart beat started increasing and body started sweating. I thought i am gonna to die. But somehow i control myself and presented ppt without doing any mistake. Now finally i want to tell to the main reason behind shyness is fear of being judged, self doubt, comparison and overthinking.

After watching this session i came to know where and why i feel shy and now i get the solution to overcome shyness. I have been body shamed a lot due to which i feel lack of confidence in myself and do not speak due to shyness . Whenever i go to New places the first thing people say is "oh you are so thin , eat something". And at that moment i feel so embarrassed that i don't say anything to them. But now i know how to overcome these types of people. From now i will be accepting myself however. "Whatever i am,i am perfect". I will speak this line everyday . This will help me in gaining confidence and overcoming shyness. Thank you Sandeep sir for this extraordinary session.

Tha way you explained about shyness was amezing. I also suffered from shyness but now i bit more ok. Last week when i had to give presentation in my company in front of only two people i was so shy that the night before presentation my heart beat started increasing and body started sweating. I thought i am gonna to die. But somehow i control myself and presented ppt without doing any mistake.
Now finally i want to tell to the main reason behind shyness is fear of being judged, self doubt, comparison and overthinking.
