Real Strawberry Milk using frozen strawberries 🍓🥛

A few of you have asked about cooking the strawberries and frozen strawberries for strawberry milk
so I made a separate recipe using frozen strawberries and heat to make strawberry milk ^^
it's almost the same but the texture of the pulp is different (more soft I find) and the syrup can be thicker depending on cooking time!
When you cook it, water evaporates and the syrup becomes thicker, compared to if you were to just let the sugar dissolve and strawberry to release it's moisture

Ingredients:
- 290g to 330g frozen strawberries
- 3 tbs agave syrup (or sugar)
- oat milk
Method:
1. Place strawberries and syrup in a pot, and heat on stove at low heat until soften. mash the strawberries thoroughly and bring to a boil and reduce until desired thickness, mixing constantly. then set aside to chill.
2. to serve, place the strawberry sauce, (optional: ice), milk, mix well and serve.

Edit: I just made it it’s sooo good!!! It’s a little creamy too which is amazing I tried it with cow milk and it’s sweet and tastes like strawberry obviously lol it’s also not too sweet it’s just the perfect amount. :)))

I tried This, I made this, I LOVED this :) my rating is a 100000000000000/10 it was delicious. Sadly we didn’t have any oat milk so we were forced to use our only milk dairy milk. It was AMAZING!

i made this today for the first time and it was delicious! one thing i did differently though was that i strained the strawberry chunks out of the syrup a couple times... i didn't like the slimy chunks much, but now i have a sweet, smooth glass of strawberry milk! loved this. 🍓
if you like the syrup more sugar would release more juices! someone else also mentioned to me that they blended everything because they didn't like pulp ^^

Which strawberry milk recipe tastes better in your opinion; the cooked or raw version?
mm if only taste wise is the determining factor, I would probably go for cooked strawberry sauce version. I find the strawberries are more mushy and soft and sweeter? if I'm in a hurry and don't feel like cooking the strawberries and then cooling them ill do fresh strawberry sauce, much more easy lol ^^

a question
can I make my strawberry milk and put it in a thermos and take it with me when I go out? is it safe?
It’s best cold because heat increases the chance of it curdling and going bad. If the thermos can keep it cold throughout the day it should be okay but you may need an ice pack just to be safe
