Don't regret your cycling workout! Honestly, I doubt the 500 calories claim very much. Even calorie trackers are not trustworthy ("Though six of the seven devices tested produced accurate heart rate readings (within 5 percent), even the most accurate tracker was off by an average of 27 percent when it came to measuring energy expenditure. The worst was off by 93 percent!" www.nbcnews.com/better/diet-fitness/your-apple-watch-or-fitbit-making-you-fat-n764066) so telling you you will burn X calories by doing a workout is a complete lie.
Zumba wo are also famous for overstating how many calories you burn by doing them. In average, you can burn between 350 and 600 calories by doing ONE HOUR of it. So here, I'd say you are likely to burn around 250 calories. It's great, but it's not 500 and I think there is no way you'd burn that much with this kind of basic - weight-less exercices.

This doesn't burn 500kcal though... I followed this at the 'highest' level and only burned 324 kcal. It's still a nice workout.

@@fatimah93749 you'll burn calories doing this workout but it's definitely not going to burn 500. That's the equivalent of running 5 miles. I knew from the start that it wasn't gonna burn that much. You'll probably end up burning around 300 calories.

If anyone wants to know, this does work. I have been doing this routine for about a 3 weeks and I have seen a change, especially around my legs and a bit in my stomach area. Although if your looking to get toned as well your gonna have to incorporate some strength workouts.

This was just WOW 🤯 I burned over 600!!!!! Calories and at one point my heart rate was at 185 🔥 I’m 165cm and I weight around 50kg and I do sports at a regular basis 🤩

Thank you! And for me, it's not even about being open-minded. Music is music to me. I've always felt that way. And BTS is an amazing musical group. I found their music during a time when there was hardly anything worth working out to. Finding their songs changed my life, honestly.

It's amazing how at first i had to pause in between each song to take a rest, but now I can do it all at once and even add another one of your k-pop routines! I've been doing this for three weeks now and I've come to realize than I'm stronger than what I thought! Love your vids!

Finished this workout and this definitely was a 500 calorie workout. I'll do this again after I lost all the weight for my first goal. I wouldn't recommend this for beginners since there isn't a clear modification unless you know what movements to do instead.

Day 1- started it today my calves are hella sore but I got through it yay! Ty bts and ty instructor!
Day 2- getting the moves in time now but still really sore on my calves, sweating ALOT glad it’s over
Day 3- never noticed how long bts songs are , my stomach is somewhat flatter? Yay!
That workout was tough yet rewarding in all the right ways. I’ve never thought I could do such a long workout but with BTS’ music apparently anything is possible! Seriously the perfect workout for any BTS fan out there

We are doing this workout while on lockdown. We started more than a month ago and we found it difficult at first but then we got the hang of it and now we are using this video on our everyday workout and i must say we lost weight because of this. My arms and legs are already slim and fit and the bulges on my stomach are slowly disappearing. Thank you so much. This workout is really fit for us.

I just did this for the first time and it was so much fun! I hate working out because I'm terribly unfit but even when I was dying (all the time) I kept moving my body, shouting lyrics and imagining I was in a concert. Seriously, it was so much fun!
